Even if you're not a Studio One user, we've got you covered! The Audio Batch Converter is compatible with Studio One Prime (available free of charge here in the PreSonus Shop), turning it into the most affordable all-in-one audio editing and batch conversion solution available.

The best way would be to use a converter that is designed to do this type of conversion.

Take a look at CrossManager. It can convert a lot of CAD formats (including STEP to OBJ), and it can be used in command line to do batch conversions.

It is not free, but it can be interesting for you if you often needs to convert files.

rraud...Can W10 SF Pro 15 batch program (BC) combine mutiple sound files (parts) into one long complete file? I need to combine several saved file sections into one complete file of the parts. I know I can do this manually, however I have literally thousand of files that need combining, I've recorded the McGuffey Reader one line at a time and need to combine each line of a story in to the complete story. I tried to run the tutorial, but the link is not working. I'd appreciate your thoughts.

Based on a request from u/Jungy1eong in ( _10_how_do_you_use_cjxlexe_to_recursively/), I've developed a script that will go through a given directory and all subdirectories, convert any files of the given extension(s) to JXL, and delete the original if conversion was successful. Working on several files simultaneously can be significantly faster in some cases than processing one image at a time with multiple threads, so the script will process the given number of files at the same time (it's usually best for this number to match the machine's number of CPUs/threads, e.g. 4 for a quad-core processor). For example, to convert all jpg, jpeg, and png photos in C:\My photos using cjxl, lossless mode, maximum effort, with 4 threads: py batch_jxl.py "C:\My photos" "cjxl -d 0 -e 9" "jpg jpeg png" "4"

other issue: I stopped the conversion and then pressed resume after a while, now the total time shows something negative.

Maybe easier to replace the network in /batchVideoConverter/controls/fileTimer for a Timer CHOP, set to cycle forever and only output cumulative seconds. And if you use an Info DAT on the Timer CHOP you get the hh:mm:ss:ff format for free!

Thanks to its multi-file encoding feature, it may be the fastest a/v batch encoder available, since it maximizes system resources usage by launching as many simultaneous processes up to user cpu thread count. You can change encoding priority, pause and resume, set automatic shutdown. It is good for seasoned ffmpeg users as well as beginners.

Users with Confluence admin rights can mass-convert all diagrams that were created in Lucidchart and Draw.io to Gliffy for Confluence. This makes it easy to migrate your team to Gliffy diagrams and batch convert all your existing diagrams within a Confluence space at once.

Recently I made this Image Sequence Converter which is basically a GUI for converting image sequences using FFmpeg. It allows to select multiple sequences in a folder and batch process them with provided settings like FFmpeg parameters such as video encoding codec.

What can be done instead is opening other instances of other folders and export channels/layers as separate sequences. However, I might be able to make that work later too. In that case it might be very convenient to batch process image sequence within multiple folders automatically. Perhaps detection of when Alpha channel is required or not and therefore different export format can be done too.

hi. i have a lot of images to upload for online gallery. total space and probably and more later, 1.1GB, which of them each photo is around 1, something MB.

i use archlinux. is there any batch converter program which gives me the option to convert many images together? if not on linux perhaps on windows?

ty in advanced

It's very easy once you get a handle on what you want it to do (and work out the command), and if you do the same conversion often it is actually faster (for you) than having to click through some interface to select a batch of images and tell some gui-based application to process them.

Since I'm not too satisfied about JPGs of g5x I'm asking if there is a good free/opensource software which does a good job in batch converting canon RAWs to JPGs (at least better than the camera). In that case I would shoot only RAWs and batch convert at home to JPGs.

You might try XnViewMP (or it's sub-module XnConvert), which is cross-platform for Windows, Mac and Linux. It's pretty good especially for various file formats and simple selection rather than whole folders, if those matter. For more pre-processing of the RAW, more powerful RAW editors like Darktable and RawTherapee are also multi-platform, free and have batch capabilities. (These all have good documentation and Youtube tutorials, other software may be skimpy about how-to.)

its a long time since i shoot jpeg (2004) but can you not change the jpeg parameters like contrast ,sharpness, saturation ETC in camera? ..as far as i can see if you batch process RAW files in an editor unless you configure the editor you will be in the same bout

Of course I'm searching for a RAW batch converter which let's me set some parameters preferably (i.e. contrast, sharpness, noise reduction); or a RAW converter which can, thanks maybe to the more powerful CPU of my PC, to do a better default job than the algorithm in my Canon g5x mk1.

I just installed Canon DPP two week ago and seems good, but I was asking the forum in order to harvest experiences about RAW batch converters which I don't have; suggestions such as... this is better than that and so on.

For an open source converter, I really like Darktable. I used it years ago and just came back to it when I got a new camera (a Sony), and I find the workflow much faster and more enjoyable now than it used to be. For my EOS M50, I've been using DPP4 with Wine. I actually made a thread about how to install it, which may be helpful for you:

If you just want basic conversions, you can just do nothing, select all, and batch convert. End results is pictures that look like out of camera JPEgs. Or it has a wide variety of processing tools. If you shot a lot of images at a similar time and location, they will probably all need similar edits, so you can edit one and then paste the recipe to the rest making editing fast.

Had to batch-convert a number of .paas to use for some graphic editing. Didn't want to do it manually and thought others might stumble on this nuisance every now and again as well, so I wrote a Python script for it.
