Key Concepts from the College Board
Each student will be required to keep a notebook or binder for this course; this organization is extremely important for AP exam preparation purposes. All course information forms and documents found on the home page of this website should be located in the front of the notebook. Sutdents should have three different dividers for the remaining materials:
Section 1: Lectures (for Handouts and Lecture Notes)
Section 2: Exam Preparation (Assignments and Essay Outlines)
Section 3: Assessments (for Exams and Quizzes)
With the exception of section 3, you will find the documents for each of sections 1 and 2 on the other pages of this website.
Textbook: McKay, John P., Bennett D. Hill, and John Buckler. A History of Western Society. 11th ed. Boston: Houghton Mifflin, 2014.
