at Pittsburgh Music House
WELCOME!
We offer 30-minute yoga classes for children (ages 4+) and adults. You do not have to be part of our music studio to participate, and you do not need to be a musician to join.
Why do we have yoga classes at Pittsburgh Music House? We believe that yoga can be beneficial for everyone, and understand that a consistent practice can have a positive impact on performance. Yoga enhances lives by improving posture, flexibility, and breath control, while reducing stress and promoting focus. For musicians, it helps us play with ease and avoid injury—fostering balanced, confident, and joyful music-making.
Classes are small (maximum of 4 participants), ensuring personalized attention and a supportive environment for all skill levels. Our sessions promote focus, community, and wellness—with or without musical experience.
Prefer one-on-one guidance? We also offer private sessions! You'll experience the benefits of yoga tailored specifically to you. Whether you're working with an injury, managing stress, or interested in starting an at-home yoga practice, these sessions address your unique physical needs and goals.
You’ll leave each class feeling grounded and empowered—with a personalized home routine to support your growth between sessions. Families are welcome, and no experience or equipment is required.
