Welcome to the APP User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "This Agreement").
1.The terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement apply to the products and services you (the "User") use of the APP.
1.1 Guangzhou Pluslife Biotech Co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as "Pluslife") agrees to provide an Internet-based mobile network in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the operating rules published from time to time.
1.2 universal Pluslife service users (hereinafter referred to as the "user") shall be based on the understanding of all content of this agreement, on the basis of independent thinking and agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement and complete the registration procedure according to the prompts on the page, the user register, login, use of behavior will be regarded as fully accept this agreement and regulations of the public, universal junan company specifications.
1.3 Pluslife Company has the right to supervise, prompt, inspect and correct all activities on Pluslife APP and Pluslife official website.
2. Service content
2.1 Pluslife Company only provides technical services related to Pluslife service. In addition, the equipment related to the network service (such as personal computer, mobile phone, and other devices related to access to the Internet or mobile network) and the necessary fees (such as telephone charges and Internet access charges for access to the Internet, mobile phone charges for use of mobile network) shall be borne by users themselves.
3. Service change, interruption or termination
3.1 In view of the particularity of network services (including but not limited to force majeure, network stability, system stability, technical failure, user is location, user shutdown, user is mobile phone virus or malicious network attack and any other technology, Internet, communication line, content infringement and other reasons), the User agrees that, Pluslife company reserves the right to discontinue or terminate part or all of the Pluslife Services at any time. Pluslife Company will notify users in a timely and reasonable manner and make repairs as soon as possible. However, Pluslife does not assume any responsibility for users failure to send and receive reading messages or wrong messages, and users shall bear the above risks.
3.2 Users understand that Pluslife company needs to overhaul and maintain the platform or related equipment providing Pluslife Services periodically or irregularly. If the service is interrupted within a reasonable period due to such situation, Pluslife Company will notify in advance as far as possible, but will not assume any responsibility for such interruption.
3.3 If the personal information provided by users is untrue or users violate laws, regulations, national policies or rules of use stipulated in this Agreement, Pluslife Company has the right to interrupt or terminate the services provided by Pluslife to users at any time without assuming any responsibility to users or any third party.
Users must follow the following principles when using the Universal Junan service:
(1) Abide by relevant Chinese laws and regulations;
(2) The universal Junan Service shall not be used for any illegal purpose;
(3) Comply with all network protocols, regulations and procedures related to network services;
(4) Do not use the Universal Junan Service system to conduct any behavior that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet;
(5) Do not use Pluslife Network service system to conduct any behavior unfavorable to Pluslife Company.
4. Users shall not use Pluslife Service to make, upload, send or disseminate sensitive information or information in violation of national laws and regulations, including but not limited to the following information:
(1) those who oppose the basic principles established in the Constitution;
(2) endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
(3) damages the honor and interests of the State;
(4) inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination or undermining ethnic unity;
(5) sabotaging state religious policies and propagating heresies and feudal superstitions;
(6) spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability;
(7) spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting a crime;
(8) Insulting or slandering others or infringing upon the lawful rights and interests of others;
(9) Other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
4.4 The User agrees not to use the accounts or passwords of other users under any circumstances. If you suspect that someone else is using your account or password, you agree to notify Pluslife immediately.
4.5 Users have the right to change and delete their personal information, registration information and transmission content in the Universal Junan Service, but deleting relevant information will also delete any words and pictures you have stored in the system. The user must bear the risk.
4.6 Pluslife company shall have the right to terminate the services provided to the defaulting user Pluslife account according to this Agreement if the user violates any provision of this Agreement.
4.7 If the user does not log in to the Pluslife account for a long time after registration, Pluslife company has the right to recall the account to avoid resource waste, and the user shall be liable for any problems caused thereby.
5. Intellectual property
5.1 Any text, pictures, logos, audio and video materials included in the Services provided by Pluslife are protected by copyright, trademark, patent and other property rights laws.
5.2 Without the consent of the relevant right holder and Pluslife, the above information shall not be displayed on any other third-party platform in any way or used for any other commercial purposes; Users shall not copy, modify, compile the above content or create derivative products related to the content without authorization.
6. Privacy protection
6.1 the "privacy" referred to in this Agreement includes the contents of users personal information as stipulated in Article 4 of the Regulations on the Protection of Personal Information of Telecommunications and Internet Users and the contents to be included as expressly stipulated in future laws and regulations enacted or amended from time to time.
6.2 Protection of user privacy and personal data is a basic system of Pluslife Company. Pluslife Company will adopt various systems, security technologies and procedures to protect user privacy and personal data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. And warrants that it will not disclose the registration information of individual users and the non-public content stored in Pluslife Company when users use Pluslife Service to any third party other than the partner or use it for any illegal purposes, except for the following circumstances:
(1) Obtain the explicit authorization of the user in advance;
(2) As required by relevant laws and regulations;
(3) In accordance with the requirements of relevant government authorities;
(4) To safeguard the interests of the public;
(5) If the user infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of Pluslife Company hereunder, it is necessary to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of Pluslife Company.
6.3 In order to provide users with better user experience and improve the service quality of Pluslife APP, Pluslife Company may collect, use or provide users non-personal information to third parties. Pluslife Company will supervise and manage the third party use of users personal data and make every effort to protect the security of users personal information.
7. Disclaimer
7.1 Users shall abide by national laws, regulations and policies when using the Services of Pluslife, and shall bear any legal liability for the information and content produced, uploaded, sent and disseminated by Pluslife.
7.2 Any information and content displayed and pushed by PluslifeVet APP to users on its page is recommended to users after being searched, located and matched by Pluslife From any third party website on the Internet by technical means according to the users instructions, and is not solely produced by Pluslife. The information and content displayed and pushed do not represent the views of Pluslife Company and Pluslife APP, and Pluslife Company is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the above information.
7.3 Any text, pictures, logos, audio and video materials contained in Pluslife APP service provided by Pluslife Are for teaching purposes and do not involve any commercial activities of physical goods.
7.4 If any information and content displayed or pushed by Pluslife APP to users on its page is suspected of infringing any third partys intellectual property rights, the right holder and relevant interested parties shall send a notice of rights to Pluslife Company. After verification, Pluslife company has the right to take actions including but not limited to disconnecting the link of the infringing content or deleting and stopping the transmission of the infringing content according to relevant laws and regulations, but Pluslife Company does not assume legal liability for the infringing content.
7.5 User agrees to indemnify And hold Pluslife harmless from any claim, demand or loss claimed by any third party, including reasonable attorney fees, resulting from or arising from users violation of the provisions of this Agreement.
8. Other Terms
8.1 Puce Junan shall have the right to modify any terms of this Agreement at any time. In the event of any change in the Content of this Agreement, Pluslife shall publish the modified Content in the PluslifeVet APP platform or disclose the modified content to users through other appropriate means. If the user does not agree with the above modification, he/she has the right to choose to stop using the Service of Pluslife. However, if the user continues to use the service, he/she shall be deemed to accept the modification of the relevant terms of this Agreement by Pluslife.
8.2 If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable in part or in whole for any reason whatsoever, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.
8.3 The conclusion, execution and interpretation of this Agreement and the settlement of disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Peoples Republic of China and governed by the courts of the Peoples Republic of China. In case of any dispute or dispute arising from the content or execution of this Agreement, both parties shall first settle the dispute through friendly negotiation. If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent peoples court in the place where Pluslife Company is located.
8.4 The copyright of this Agreement belongs to Guangzhou Pluslife Biotech Co.,LTD. Please read the APP User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "This Agreement") for all items in this Agreement. The terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement apply to the products and services you (the "User") use of the APP.
