This Privacy Policy explains how Plus7 - Quit Procrastination ("Plus7," "the App," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use our iOS application, available on the Apple App Store. 

Plus7 is a productivity application designed to help users reduce procrastination, manage tasks, track focused work time, and reduce distractions.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The App is designed so that your primary productivity information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to servers operated by us.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

1.1 Productivity Information

Plus7 does not transmit your productivity information to servers operated by us.

Depending on the features you use, the App may store information locally on your device, including:

• Tasks and task titles

• Task descriptions

• Subtasks

• Task deadlines

• Task completion status

• Timer and stopwatch information

• Work-session information

• Selected settings and preferences

• Information about apps you choose to restrict

• Other information necessary for the App's productivity features

This information is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.

We do not have access to your locally stored productivity information.

1.2 Account Information

The current version of Plus7 does not require you to create an account.

We therefore do not require or collect account information such as:

• Name

• Email address

• Password

• Phone number

• Profile information

If account functionality is introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain what information is collected, how it is used, how it is stored, and how users can request deletion.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

Plus7's core productivity features are designed to operate locally on your device.

Your tasks, subtasks, deadlines, timer information, work-session information, and related productivity data remain on your device unless a future version of the App specifically states otherwise.

Because this information is stored locally:

• We cannot view your tasks.

• We cannot view your task descriptions.

• We cannot view your completed or incomplete tasks.

• We cannot view your work-session history.

• We do not upload this information to our servers.

• We do not sell or share this productivity information with third parties.

Deleting the App may delete locally stored App data depending on Apple's operating-system and backup behavior.

3. Family Controls and App Restriction

Plus7 includes an optional distraction-control feature that allows you to select applications that you want to restrict while you are trying to focus.

To provide this functionality, Plus7 uses Apple's Family Controls and Screen Time APIs with your permission.

When you enable the app-restriction feature, Apple requires you to authorize Plus7 to use the relevant system functionality.

Depending on the authorization and features available on your device, Plus7 may access information provided by Apple's Family Controls framework relating to applications or app activity for the purpose of implementing the restrictions you have selected.

This information is used to provide the App's distraction-control functionality.

Plus7 does not use this information for:

• Advertising

• Targeted advertising

• Selling user information

• Profiling users

• Tracking users across unrelated apps or websites

• Building a personal advertising profile

The App does not transmit your app-usage information to servers operated by us.

The App does not intentionally collect or transmit the contents of other applications, messages, photos, microphone recordings, camera content, passwords, or other private content displayed inside other applications.

Your authorization is controlled through Apple's system permission mechanisms. You may refuse or revoke authorization, although doing so may prevent Plus7's app-restriction features from functioning.

Apple's Family Controls framework requires explicit authorization before the App can access the relevant app and website usage information.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Plus7 may offer optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions or other in-app purchases.

Subscriptions are presented and managed using RevenueCat's subscription and paywall technology and Apple's App Store payment system.

When you purchase, restore, or manage a subscription, information necessary to process and verify the transaction may be transmitted to RevenueCat and Apple.

Depending on the transaction and configuration of the App, RevenueCat may process information such as:

• Purchase and transaction information

• Subscription status

• Product or subscription identifier

• Purchase and renewal information

• Apple's receipt or transaction information

• Device and operating-system information

• An App user identifier or other attribution information, if enabled or provided by the App

We do not receive or store your full credit or debit card number through Plus7.

Payment processing is handled through Apple's App Store payment system.

Subscription information may be used to:

• Process and verify purchases

• Determine subscription status

• Provide premium features

• Restore purchases

• Manage subscription entitlements

• Maintain the functionality of the subscription system

We do not sell subscription information for advertising purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

Plus7 currently uses third-party services necessary to provide certain functionality.

RevenueCat

RevenueCat is used to manage subscriptions, purchases, and subscription entitlements.

RevenueCat may process transaction and technical information necessary to provide these services.

RevenueCat's handling of information is governed by its own privacy policy.

Apple App Store

Apple processes purchases and subscriptions made through the App Store and may process information according to Apple's own privacy policies and terms.

Plus7 does not receive your full payment-card information from Apple.

6. Information We Do Not Transmit to Our Servers

The current version of Plus7 does not transmit the following information to servers operated by us:

• Your task contents

• Your task descriptions

• Your subtasks

• Your deadlines

• Your productivity history

• Your timer and stopwatch history

• Your personal notes

• Your locally stored work-session information

• Your app-restriction selections

• App-usage information accessed through Apple's Family Controls functionality

• The contents of other applications

• Your contacts

• Your photos

• Your microphone recordings

• Your camera content

• Your precise location

• Your browsing history

• Your messages

• Your passwords

• Your payment-card information

This describes the current functionality of Plus7. Information necessary for subscription functionality may nevertheless be processed by third-party providers such as RevenueCat and Apple, as described in this Privacy Policy.

7. Advertising and Tracking

Plus7 does not currently use advertising networks.

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not use your productivity information for advertising.

Plus7 does not intentionally track you across unrelated applications or websites for advertising purposes.

Plus7 does not use your data for cross-app or cross-website advertising.

The current version of Plus7 does not request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework because the App does not intentionally use data for tracking as defined by Apple's tracking requirements.

If advertising, analytics, tracking technologies, or other data practices are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the applicable App Store privacy disclosures will be updated as required.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Your locally stored productivity information is not shared with us or third parties by Plus7.

The principal exception is information necessary to provide subscription functionality through third-party services such as RevenueCat and Apple.

Third-party providers may receive information necessary to provide their respective services and process it according to their own privacy policies and applicable legal obligations.

9. Data Security

Because your primary productivity information is stored locally on your device, the security of that information also depends on the security of your device.

We recommend that you:

• Keep your device protected with a passcode or biometric authentication.

• Keep iOS updated.

• Install App updates from the official App Store.

• Review the permissions you grant to Plus7.

Information transmitted to third-party services for subscription functionality is handled according to the security practices of those services.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

Locally Stored Information

We do not maintain a server-side copy of your locally stored productivity information.

You can generally remove locally stored App information by:

• Deleting information within the App where the App provides such functionality; or

• Removing Plus7 and its associated local data from your device, subject to Apple's operating-system and backup behavior.

Subscription Information

Subscription-related information may be retained by RevenueCat and/or Apple as necessary to process transactions, maintain subscription records, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and provide subscription services.

Because subscription information may be processed by third-party providers, retention and deletion of transaction records may also be governed by their applicable policies and legal obligations.

11. Children's Privacy

Plus7 is not specifically directed toward children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.

The current version of Plus7 does not require account creation and does not maintain a server-side database of users' productivity information.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to:

• Request information about personal data processed about you

• Request correction of inaccurate personal information

• Request deletion of personal information

• Object to or restrict certain processing

• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

• Lodge a complaint with an applicable data-protection authority

Because Plus7's core productivity information is stored locally and is not transmitted to us, we generally do not possess a server-side copy of that information to provide, correct, or delete.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect:

• Changes to Plus7

• New features

• Changes in third-party services

• Changes in applicable laws

• Changes to our data practices

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we will provide appropriate notice where required by applicable law.
