Plotagon is considered to be superior to Vyond in some ways because its animation is 3D and uses the Unity Engine. Characters are much more expressive and can interact by kissing, hugging, slapping, or pushing. Also, Plotagon allows users to export their videos to up to 4K. Subtitles can be used in Plotagon. However, in some aspects, it is much more limited than Vyond. Scenes can only have 2 characters, but "extras" can be added to make scenes seem more realistic, although they cannot interact with the characters. Another limitation is that characters are unable to walk, except for in a single scene.

Plotagon was founded as Plotagon AB in 2011. In late 2012, a beta version was released with 5 photorealistic characters and 6 scenes. Unlike the current version of Plotagon, there was no character customization, and characters could walk around scenes. Later in the beta stages, sets of characters and scenes based on franchises such as Alice in Wonderland, Pride in Prejudice, and Marvel were added.

Plotagon movies consist of a few core elements: actors, scenes, dialogue, actions, music, sound effects, and title cards. Tapping their respective icons adds one of the elements to your linear timeline, and you can further edit it from there.

With the powerful character creator you can create 3D, Sims-style cartoon humans to star in your movie. Do their hair and dress them up. Although you can populate a scene with background extras, you can only place two characters in a scene at once due to camera programming limitations, which makes movies feel sparse.

Scenes are where the action takes place. Choose backgrounds, such as a restaurant or a computer room. Use a green screen to key in your own background image, a pretty advanced maneuver. Arrange where actors stand or sit in preset locations. Add an establishing shot so audiences can orient themselves during a scene change, although these shots typically just feel like awkward pauses (and the last thing Plotagon movies need is more awkwardness).

Honestly, I recommend just leaning into Plotagon's bizarreness. Once I got over my initial bewilderment, I jumped at the chance to craft the strangest non-sequitur videos. I took delight in seeing my digital Tommy Wiseau puppets mangle their lines as they recited the Mac Tonight theme song, while slowly walking out of frame. Watching Plotagon try to cobble together a natural piece of cinema from such beautifully unnatural parts is, ironically, almost heartwarming in a way that only the deepest, weirdest parts of the internet gutter can be. Is it good? Is it bad? Plotagon is simply what it is. Make of it what you will.

In Evilkins' lair, Evilkins expresses gratitude over his machine almost being complete, as he managed to steal The Clone's powers. He tells Bob to send The Clone to his cell. At the cell, The Clone asks why Bob works for Evilkins. Bob explains his backstory, and it's revealed that he was captured by Evilkins after walking down a street and was forced to work for him for the sake of his life. The Clone encourages Bob to redeem himself and help The Clone escapes, Bob is hesitant at first, but after some courage he attempts to free The Clone. Only to land inside the cell, The Clone is not disappointed and manages to find a shovel, they manage to escape as they get down the sewer, they later get up and meet Dude, Bernie, and Wiggy in the car, The Clone and Bob explain the whole situation.
