Our application’s sole purpose is to process image metadata locally on your device.
## 2. On-Device Data Processing (EXIF Metadata)
All operations performed by Pli Photo—including viewing, removing, or modifying EXIF metadata (such as GPS coordinates, device model, and timestamps) from your photos—are executed **entirely locally on the user's device.**
No image files or metadata are ever uploaded to our servers, external cloud services, or any third party for processing or storage.
## 3. Permissions Required
The application requires the following necessary permissions solely for its operational functionality:
* **Media/Storage Access:** This permission is required only to read the photos from your device and save the modified, cleaned copies back to your local storage, as per your request.
## 4. Third-Party Services (Advertisements)
Pli Photo integrates Google AdMob to serve non-personalized advertisements.
AdMob may collect and process non-identifiable data (such as advertising IDs) to comply with privacy regulations and improve ad targeting. Please refer to the Google AdMob privacy policy for more details on their data handling practices.
