This Privacy Policy explains how PlayWise AI (“PlayWise,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Muhammad Ijaz, handles information when you use the PlayWise AI mobile application and related services.
PlayWise AI is a session analytics and responsible-play tool designed to help adult users understand already-observed activity in casino-style and slot-style games.
PlayWise AI does not predict future game outcomes, does not place bets, and does not provide automated wagering services.
Depending on the features you use, PlayWise AI may process the following categories of information.
When you voluntarily start a PlayWise analysis session, Android may request permission to capture the content displayed on your screen.
This feature is used to identify information that may appear in supported games, such as:
displayed bet amount;
displayed win or return amount;
displayed balance;
game or session status;
game identity;
session activity indicators.
Screen capture only starts after you explicitly grant Android screen-capture permission.
By default, PlayWise AI processes captured screen images temporarily in device memory for recognition and analysis.
PlayWise AI does not save complete screenshots by default and does not upload raw screen images to our servers by default.
You can stop screen analysis at any time.
PlayWise AI may generate structured session information such as:
session start and end time;
session duration;
number of detected game rounds;
observed bet amounts;
observed returns;
observed balance changes;
observed RTP;
session net change;
activity frequency;
risk score;
game recognition status;
OCR recognition status.
These values describe activity that has already occurred and are not predictions of future outcomes.
The app may process limited technical information necessary to operate and improve the service, including:
anonymous app installation or device identifier;
app version;
Android version;
device model or device category;
language setting;
country or region;
game-template version;
feature configuration version;
diagnostic and error information.
PlayWise AI does not require your advertising identifier for its core session-analysis functionality.
PlayWise AI supports English, Portuguese and Spanish.
To provide an appropriate default language, our server infrastructure may determine the approximate country associated with your network connection based on your IP address.
For example:
users in Brazil may default to Portuguese;
users in supported Spanish-speaking regions may default to Spanish;
users in other regions may default to English.
The application generally receives only a country or locale result, such as:
BR / pt-BR
rather than needing to store your full IP address inside the application.
Internet service providers, hosting providers, content-delivery networks or security infrastructure may process IP addresses as part of normal network communications and security logging.
You may manually change your language in the application settings. A manual language selection overrides automatic language detection.
PlayWise AI may store session summaries locally on your device.
These may include:
session date and time;
session duration;
detected rounds;
observed RTP;
total observed bet amount;
total observed return;
net session change;
maximum risk score.
You can delete your locally stored session history through the application.
Removing the application or clearing its application data may also remove locally stored information.
Where online functionality is enabled, PlayWise AI may transmit limited structured information to our servers, including:
anonymous device or installation identifier;
application version;
selected language;
approximate country or region;
subscription status;
feature usage;
crash or diagnostic events;
OCR success or failure information;
supported-game or game-template identifier;
aggregated or structured session analytics.
We do not require users to upload complete screen recordings or raw screenshots for normal PlayWise session analysis.
If we introduce a feature in the future that requires additional categories of information, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any required disclosure or consent before such collection begins.
We may use information processed by PlayWise AI to:
provide real-time session analytics;
calculate observed RTP and session statistics;
provide responsible-play indicators;
recognize supported games;
maintain session history;
provide language and regional settings;
provide subscription features;
improve OCR and game-template accuracy;
diagnose crashes and technical issues;
prevent abuse, fraud or security incidents;
improve product performance and reliability;

We do not use past session outcomes to claim or guarantee future winning results.
PlayWise AI uses Android's screen-capture functionality only after the user explicitly starts an analysis session and grants the applicable Android permission.
While screen capture is active:
Android presents the applicable system permission flow;
PlayWise AI may run a foreground service;
a visible notification may indicate that analysis is active;
screen content is processed for the requested session-analysis functionality.
PlayWise AI does not intentionally perform hidden or silent screen capture.
When the user ends the analysis session, PlayWise AI stops the screen-capture service and releases the related screen-capture resources.
PlayWise AI may request Android permission to display an optional floating analysis panel over other applications.
The floating panel may display information such as:
current risk score;
observed RTP;
session status;
responsible-play information.
This permission is optional.
PlayWise AI does not use overlay permission to automatically click, control, operate or place bets in third-party applications.
PlayWise AI may use automated systems to interpret structured session information and provide understandable explanations or insights.
Automated analysis may consider factors such as:
session duration;
activity frequency;
observed balance changes;
recent loss patterns;
session risk indicators.
These features are intended to explain historical session behavior.
PlayWise AI does not use artificial intelligence to guarantee or reliably predict future casino-style or slot-style game outcomes.
If you purchase a PlayWise Pro subscription, payment processing is handled by Google Play.
Google may process information such as:
Google account information;
payment information;
purchase history;
subscription status.
We do not directly receive or store your complete payment-card details.
We may receive purchase identifiers, transaction information or subscription status necessary to verify and provide your subscription benefits.
Google's processing of payment information is governed by Google's own privacy policies and terms.
PlayWise AI may use third-party service providers and technologies to support operation of the application, such as:
cloud hosting providers;
content-delivery or security providers;
analytics or crash-diagnostic providers;
Google Play billing services;
Google ML Kit or similar recognition technologies.
These providers may process limited information necessary to provide their respective services.
The actual third-party services included in the production version of PlayWise AI may change over time. Where required, this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect material changes.
We do not sell users' personal information to advertisers.
We may share information only where reasonably necessary:
with service providers acting on our behalf;
to operate and maintain PlayWise AI;
to protect users, our services or legal rights;
to investigate fraud, abuse or security incidents;

in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable legal requirements.
We do not share raw screen captures with casino operators for wagering purposes.
We do not sell session data for the purpose of encouraging users to increase gambling activity.

Locally stored session history remains on your device until:
you delete it in PlayWise AI;
you clear PlayWise AI application data; or
the application is removed and Android removes its local data.
Server-side information, if collected, will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including service operation, security, legal compliance and dispute resolution.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and applicable legal requirements.
You may delete local PlayWise AI session history from within the application.
If PlayWise AI introduces registered user accounts or server-stored personal data in the future, users will be provided with an appropriate method to request deletion of their account and associated personal information where required by applicable law or platform policy.

PlayWise AI is not intended for children.
Because PlayWise AI relates to casino-style gaming activity, users must meet the legal age requirements applicable to such activity in their jurisdiction.
