PlayFix Privacy Policy

PlayFix is operated by Serges Mike Techs. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the PlayFix mobile application.
Information we collect:
• Account information: your email address, display name, account ID, and profile image when you create or use an account.
• Community content: messages, comments, replies, likes, saved items, repair photos, and, in the Premium Community, voice notes that you choose to submit.
• Learning and app activity: video viewing progress, course progress, purchases and access rights, saved videos, searches, and interactions needed to provide PlayFix features.
• Device and notification information: device information, app identifiers, push-notification token, and technical logs used for security, troubleshooting, and notifications.
• Advertising information: advertising and device identifiers and information used by advertising partners to provide and measure ads.
• Payment information: Google Play processes payments for digital products. PlayFix does not receive or store your payment-card number.
How we use information:
We use information to operate and improve PlayFix; create and manage accounts; provide videos, courses, books, purchases, and community features; show advertisements; prevent abuse and fraud; keep the community safe; send service and content notifications; provide support; and comply with legal obligations.
How information is shared:
We use service providers to operate PlayFix, including Supabase for authentication and app data, Bunny.net for video streaming and document delivery, Google Play for purchases, Google AdMob for advertising, notification services for push notifications, and Google Cloud services for image-safety checks and translation.
These services process information only as needed to provide PlayFix. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect users, PlayFix, or others.
Community content and safety:
Posts, comments, replies, photos, and voice notes may be visible to other members of the relevant PlayFix community. Do not post personal, confidential, illegal, infringing, or unsafe content. We may review, remove, restrict, or report content that violates our rules or is harmful.
Your choices and rights
You can update your display name and profile image in the app. You can control notifications through your device or app settings. For account deletion, privacy questions, or help with your information, contact us using the email below.
Data retention and security:
We retain information for as long as needed to provide PlayFix, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our rules. We use reasonable safeguards, but no Internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Children:
PlayFix is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy:
We may update this Privacy Policy. Any revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Account deletion
To permanently delete your PlayFix account, open Profile in the PlayFix app and choose Delete PlayFix account, then confirm the request.
Deletion removes your profile, account email, Community posts, comments and replies, likes, saved items, video and course progress, and PlayFix access records. Google Play purchase records remain with Google and are not deleted by PlayFix. We may retain only the minimum information required to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our rules.
