Plaques Brisbane
A monument that reflects your love is a fitting way to commemorate a loved one's life after passing. Two men came up with stainless steel memorials after losing a loved one that would help keep their loved one's memory alive.
Mechanical engineers Allan Burman and Albert Boer started a company to manufacture and supply modern stainless steel memorials despite having no prior experience in the cemetery or crematorium industries.
Nicole Allan was a vibrant, energetic, artistic, highly accomplished, and gifted young woman. Nicole was diagnosed with a serious brain tumour in her fifth year of medical school. After undergoing brain surgery, she was so determined to become a doctor that she completed her medical degree.
In similar circumstances, many people would have given up. After successfully completing her internship despite being afflicted with a life threatening illness, Nicole passed away during her specialist training and studies.
Nicole's grave was surrounded by a sea of black, white, and grey monuments after she died. Despite the fact that many of these stone monuments were well presented, Nicole did not like them.
During that time, they met other people who had lost a loved one and, like them, were unsatisfied with the memorials available.
They realized that loved ones desired a beautiful, long-lasting, stylish alternative to those available traditionally. They thought there must be a better way for people to remember their loved ones.
At Forever Shining, much research and development has gone into the creation of monuments, headstones, Plaques Brisbane, urns and personalised memorabilia. In joint discussions with their wives, Susie and Judy, they brainstormed various ideas, concepts, and materials to produce what they considered to be low maintenance memorials that were modern, structurally sound, durable, and colorful.
Using laser-cut inscriptions and motifs backed by glass, Allan and Albert designed a prototype of a full-size stainless steel monument.
During reburial, the cemetery staff can remove the entire monument from the grave in order to prevent any damage to the monument during the digging process.
This monument was featured on ABC Television's New Inventors program.
Since then, much research and development has taken place and their range of products has grown considerably to include monuments, headstones, Plaques Brisbane, urns, and personalized memorabilia.
Forever Shining produces beautiful, durable, long-lasting memorials that the families and friends of the departed desire. The memorials are designed to preserve the memories of their loved ones for as long as possible for their families and future generations.
