We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal non-commercial use.

Use the app for illegal, malicious or infringing behaviors.
Disassemble, reverse engineer, modify or plagiarize the app code, interface and functions.
Upload illegal, pornographic, violent or infringing pictures and content.
Misuse plant identification and diagnosis functions for improper purposes.
All app texts, images, algorithms, interface design and sticker templates belong to us. No unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is allowed.
Our plant identification and disease diagnosis are for reference only, not a substitute for professional botanical and agricultural guidance. We are not liable for losses caused by user's own operation.
We reserve the right to optimize, upgrade or adjust functions at any time, and may suspend services for maintenance without prior notice.
The app is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not make any explicit or implicit warranty for service stability, identification accuracy and individual adaptation.
We have the right to terminate your use permission if you violate any clause of this agreement.
