This kind of policy is great because it's not specific to plant-based food. It includes plant-based food, but it also includes green energy, and reduction of energy use, and composting, and all kinds of other things that have much broader support. Because they're all wrapped up together, the plant-based food gets the same kind of support that the solar panels do.
