Welcome to Plant Scanner & Care (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application (the “App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
By accessing or using Plant Scanner & Care, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue using the App immediately.
Plant Scanner & Care helps users identify, diagnose, and manage plants using their device camera or uploaded photos. While we strive to provide accurate results, plant identification and care recommendations may not always be 100% accurate.
You agree to:
Use the App only for lawful purposes.
Not attempt to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or exploit the App or its features.
Respect all intellectual property rights associated with the App and its content.
All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and software used in Plant Scanner & Care are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written permission.
Plant Scanner & Care provides plant identification and care recommendations for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the information provided. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or adverse outcomes resulting from your reliance on the App’s information.
The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans:
Weekly: $3.99
Monthly: $8.99
Yearly: $39.99
Payment & Renewal:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same rate unless otherwise noted.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store account settings.
If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds for unused portions of a subscription are not provided, except where required by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Plant Scanner & Care at our discretion if we detect misuse, fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms.
We may update or modify the App from time to time to enhance performance, add features, or improve security. Your continued use after an update signifies your acceptance of the revised version.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan (or replace with your actual jurisdiction, if different). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
