Planom (“we”, “our”, “app”) is an AI-powered daily planner designed to help users organize tasks, goals, schedules, and reminders.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how data is collected, used, and handled.
By using Planom, you agree to this Privacy & Security Policy.
Planom allows you to enter information directly into the app, including:
Free-text plans and notes
Tasks, schedules, and reminders
Goals and progress metrics
Voice input (converted to text on your device or during AI processing)
All user-generated content is stored locally on your device using operating-system–protected application storage (local SQLite database).
We do not upload, sync, or store this content on our own servers.
Planom is not intended for storing sensitive or high-risk personal information.
Please do not enter:
Passwords or authentication credentials
Banking or payment information
Government-issued identification numbers
Medical or health-related records
Any other information that could cause harm if exposed
You are solely responsible for the data you choose to store in the app.
Planom uses Firebase Analytics (Google) to collect limited technical and usage-related data for analytics and app improvement purposes.
This may include:
App interactions (e.g., screen views, feature usage, button taps)
App performance and stability metrics (crashes, latency, errors)
Device and app information (device model, OS version, app version, language, region)
Application identifiers, including:
Firebase App Instance ID
Advertising ID (AD_ID), where available and permitted by the operating system
This data:
Does not include your tasks, notes, schedules, goals, or voice content
Is collected in a pseudonymous manner
Is used only for analytics, diagnostics, and product improvement
Is not used by us for advertising, ad targeting, or profiling users across apps
We do not collect:
Precise location data
Contacts
Photos, videos, or media files
Messages or call logs
Collected data is used strictly for the following purposes:
Providing core app functionality (local task and schedule management)
Interpreting user input and generating structured plans via AI features
Monitoring app stability, performance, and error rates
Understanding aggregated and anonymized usage patterns to improve usability and features
We do not use data for:
Personalized advertising
Behavioral profiling
Selling or renting user data
When you use AI-powered features (text or voice commands), the content you explicitly submit may be sent to external AI service providers (such as OpenAI or Google) in order to:
Interpret your request
Generate plans, tasks, summaries, or suggestions
Key points:
Data is transmitted securely via HTTPS/TLS
Only the minimum required input is sent
Planom does not store AI requests or responses on its own servers
We do not control how third-party AI providers store or retain data
Data handling by AI providers is governed by their own privacy policies and terms of service.
By using AI features, you acknowledge and accept that your input may be processed by these third-party providers.
We may share limited data only in the following cases:
AI input text — sent to AI service providers solely to generate responses
Analytics and diagnostic data — shared with Google (Firebase Analytics)
We never share your personal tasks, notes, schedules, or goals with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
User-generated content is stored locally on your device
We do not operate cloud storage for user content
Data sent to analytics or AI services is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS)
We do not sell, rent, or trade user data
Where required by the operating system or applicable law:
The Advertising ID (AD_ID) is used only for analytics and diagnostics via Firebase
The app does not display ads or perform ad personalization
You can limit or reset your Advertising ID through your device system settings
Where applicable, analytics collection may be limited by system-level privacy controls
While we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures consistent with a local-only architecture, no software system can guarantee absolute security.
By using Planom, you acknowledge that:
Data security also depends on your device security (OS updates, malware, physical access)
We are not responsible for data loss or unauthorized access caused by:
Device compromise
Third-party software
Operating system vulnerabilities
User actions
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR), you may have the right to:
Access your data
Delete your data
Export your data
Correct your data
Withdraw consent to analytics collection (where applicable)
Since most data is stored locally, many of these actions can be performed directly within the app or by uninstalling it.

User-created content remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app
Analytics data may be retained by Google for a limited period (typically 12–24 months)
AI providers may temporarily retain submitted data according to their own policies
Planom is not intended for children under the age of 13.
