As a way to help students and their families better navigate the cost of a college education, we are excited to offer the USA Payment Plan. The payment plan allows students and their families the flexibility to spread out payments across multiple months. Students must enroll in the payment plan each term, and follow the deadline dates as set in the Financial Calendar.

If an installment payment is not made by the due date and the student has a housing and/or dining balance, the student may be subject to administrative removal and temporary suspension of the meal plan. See the Guide to Residential Student Living for more information.

Step 4: Review the full disclosure information on the plan. You have a choice of whether to set up automatic payments or make manual payments each month. If you prefer automatic payments, click on the Yes, button at the bottom of the page and click on the green continue button. If not, click on the no button and then click on the green continue button.

Simply enrolling in a payment plan does not result in automatic payment scheduling. Payment plan participants must either log in each month to make payments or schedule their payments in advance according to the due dates of the plan installments within the student financial account.

The South Carolina State Health Improvement Plan (SHIP) lays out the foundation for giving everyone a chance to live a healthy life. It is a call to action for South Carolinians to take data-driven, evidence-based steps to advance the health and well-being of all South Carolinians. The plan highlights goals and strategies on which communities can focus so the state can make measurable health improvement by 2023.

A general plan acts as the "constitution" for making rational decisions regarding a city's long-term physical development. The general plan expresses the community's development goals and incorporates public policies relative to the distribution of future public and private land uses. California State law requires that each city adopt a general plan "for the physical development of the City and any land outside its boundaries which bears relation to its planning." Typically, a general plan is designed to address the issues facing the City for the next 15-20 years.

The Master Plan Implementation Committee (MPIC) monitors progress towards the goals specified in the Town's Master Plan. Using the task matrices developed as part of the planning process, MPIC members meet with the various boards, commissions, committees and staff that have tasks assigned to them in the plan. MPIC inquires about the status of each task, and tries to identify both successful strategies and barriers to progress. Once a year MPIC reports verbally to the Selectboard and the Planning Board, and each May submits a written annual report and updated task matrices to Town Meeting.

An automatic payment plan is available online at SDePay. The monthly payment will automatically occur on the 5th of every month. All down payments and enrollment fees are processed immediately. Credit and debit card transactions will have an additional processing fee; e-check/ACH transactions are free. If you have questions about payment plans or payment options, please contact the Cashier's Office.

Identified in the 2019 Downtown Master Plan, South Downtown includes the areas adjacent to County Square, as well as the neighborhoods flanking Augusta and Church Streets. The mixed-use development within the County Square site and continued neighborhood development to the south will require coordinating street improvements, walkways and trails throughout the district to ensure connectivity.

*Note: It is important to note that these plans are conceptual in nature and would have to go through a lot more design and community input before they are implemented. These Preliminary Conceptual Master Plans are the very first step.

The Plan Area is located in the southern portion of Sacramento County. It is divided into two components: inside and outside the Urban Development Area (UDA). Simply adopting a Comprehensive Plan does not guarantee that all of the goals in the plan will be met; however, the Comprehensive Plan acts as a guide for city staff, elected officials, and other stakeholders as they look to make decisions that achieve these goals. If you have any questions on the Comprehensive Plan, please contact the City Planner, Michael Healy at mhealy@southstpaul.org or 651-554-3217.

STC utilized a multitude of resources and feedback mechanisms to develop the 2019-2025 plan, these included but were not limited to an institutional SWOT analysis, gap analysis, review of data and Key Performance Metrics, and collective feedback from institutional stakeholders to establish the institutional goals and strategic directions of the College. The State Wildlife Grants (SWG) Program is now 12 years old and going strong. As part of the initial requirements of the Program, each state had to prepare a comprehensive plan that addressed those species that the state deemed had the greatest conservation need. Factors included rarity, threats, lack of management funding, and lack of data. Taxa teams were assembled to compile these lists, and South Carolina's resulting document was approved in 2005. As per Element 6 of the original legislation establishing the SWG program, all states made a commitment to review and revise their plans within ten years. South Carolina began the review process in September 2010. These revisions were completed in accordance with the current SWG Guidance Document Section A (July 12, 2007). The name of our document changed from SC's Comprehensive Wildlife Conservation Strategy (2005) to SC's State Wildlife Action Plan (2015 revision).
