PlakaPay does not store user data on its own servers. Plate, payment and card information is used only to provide debt inquiry and payment features. Card information may be stored securely on the user’s device and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Payments are completed through the relevant bank, payment provider, or official institution systems. PlakaPay is not a government authority and only provides an interface to help users complete the payment process.
The app does not collect personal data except technical data required for security, debugging, and service operation. Users may delete locally stored data by removing the app data from their device.
