Training & Placement and Industry Relation department is an integral part of Moodlakatte Institute of Technology Kundapura. It comes with the vision to assist the best placements for the students graduating from MITK.

The objectives of the department

To assist students to develop/clarify their academic and career interests, and their short and long-term goals through individual counselling and group sessions.
To prepare students for campus recruitment arranging training in Aptitude tests, Group discussions, preparing for Technical and HR interviews through professional trainers.
To assist students in obtaining placement in reputed companies.
To enhance the skills of students for Industry ready employer.
To instil professional behavioural skills which includes respects values, ethics, and beliefs and maintains confidentiality.
