Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 26, 2026
Last updated: June 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to the 寶可夢冠軍助手 mobile application, operated by Overhit Studio and referred to in this Policy as the “Application.”

The Application is provided as a free application supported by advertising. Users may also be offered an optional one-time purchase to permanently remove advertisements.

1. Information You Are Not Required to Provide

The Application does not require users to create an account or directly provide personal information such as:

The Application does not operate its own user account system.

If you voluntarily contact the developer by email, the developer will receive your email address and the contents of your message. This information will only be used to respond to your inquiry, provide support, or address legal or security concerns.

2. Information Processed Through Advertising Services

The Application uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK, including Google AdMob, to display advertisements.

Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect and share certain information, including:

This information may be processed for purposes including:

The Application does not request access to GPS-based precise location for advertising purposes.

Information processed by Google Mobile Ads is handled in accordance with Google’s own privacy policies and data-processing practices.

3. Personalized and Non-Personalized Advertising

Depending on the user’s location, consent choices, device settings, and applicable law, the Application may display personalized, non-personalized, or limited advertisements.

Where required, the Application uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request or manage advertising consent.

Choosing non-personalized advertisements does not necessarily prevent all use of device identifiers or similar technologies. Such information may still be used for purposes such as fraud prevention, frequency capping, security, and aggregated reporting.

Users may manage or reset their Android Advertising ID and advertising preferences through their device or Google account settings.

4. Google Play Purchases

The Application may offer a one-time, non-consumable purchase that permanently removes advertisements.

Purchases are processed by Google Play. The developer does not receive or store users’ payment card numbers, bank account information, or Google account passwords.

During a purchase or purchase restoration process, the Application may temporarily process information supplied by Google Play, including:

This information is used only to determine whether the user is entitled to the purchased feature, prevent duplicate processing, restore the purchase, and complete the Google Play purchase acknowledgement process.

The Application does not currently send purchase tokens to a developer-operated server.

The complete purchase token is not permanently stored by the Application. The Application may store limited entitlement information and a token-derived fingerprint locally on the user’s device so that the permanent advertisement-removal entitlement can be remembered.

5. Local Data Storage

The Application may store limited information locally on the device, including:

This locally stored data is used to provide Application functionality and is not uploaded to a developer-operated user database.

Local data may remain on the device for as long as necessary to provide the relevant feature, subject to the device’s application-data, backup, and uninstallation settings.

6. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

The Application may share or transmit the advertising-related information described above through Google Mobile Ads and related Google services.

Third-party services used by the Application may include:

These third parties process information under their own privacy policies and terms.

The developer does not directly sell users’ personal data. Advertising-related information may be processed or shared by Google and its advertising services as described in this Privacy Policy and under Google’s own policies.

7. Data Security

Advertising-related data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security.

The developer applies reasonable measures to limit the data handled directly by the Application. However, no electronic transmission, device storage system, or third-party service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

The developer does not maintain user accounts or a developer-operated database containing advertising profiles.

Users can remove locally stored Application data by clearing the Application’s storage through Android settings or uninstalling the Application, subject to device backup and restoration behavior.

Data processed by Google or other third-party services is retained and deleted according to those providers’ own policies and legal obligations.

Users who contact the developer may request deletion of correspondence or support information controlled directly by the developer by using the contact address below. The developer cannot directly delete information controlled solely by Google or another third-party provider.

9. Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws may provide rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent.

For information controlled directly by the developer, requests may be submitted using the contact address below.

For information processed by Google, users should use the privacy, advertising, and account controls provided by Google.

Withdrawal of advertising consent may affect advertising personalization, but it may not prevent all data processing required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, frequency capping, or aggregated reporting.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Application is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13, or to children under the applicable minimum age in their jurisdiction.

The developer does not knowingly request names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other directly identifying information from children.

If a parent or guardian believes that a child has voluntarily provided personal information directly to the developer, they may contact the developer using the address below.

11. International Data Processing

Google and other third-party service providers may process information in countries other than the user’s country of residence. Their processing is governed by their respective privacy policies and applicable legal safeguards.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the Application’s features, third-party services, data practices, or legal obligations change.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
