Practical communication training; apply, practise and train specifically in small teams with roles. 6 modules to improve individual communication and exchange with customers, employees and superiors. Methods; NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), simulations, video recordings and group feedback form the basis.
Target groups; sales, customer service staff, management staff and people with customer contact.
Objective; To improve performance and credibility with customers and employees through professional communication.
Prerequisites; Completed vocational training, customer contact, sales experience or employee management for more than 12 months.

Identify challenges and needs with line managers.
Clarify the current situation with active support in sales, customer service, back office and meetings with employees.
Synchronize the current situation and strengths/weaknesses profile with the people involved and assign the need for action.
Define communication performance targets and expectations to check learning progress at the end of the training.
Work through the basics of NLP content in self-study, answer questions and complete a knowledge test.
Duration 2 days (internal/external)
Morning: working on material in groups.
Simulations of standard situations, basis for individual needs analysis.
Afternoon: practical group work with video recordings, feedback situations and active role reversal.
Evaluation by the participants and in groups.
Personal action plan
Support for individual employees in the most important everyday situations. Half a day to one day of individual coaching.
Synchronization and update of each participant's personal development plan.
Duration 2 days (internal/external)
Exceeding personal limits.
Further develop strengths and recognize personal obstacles and learn how to deal with them appropriately.
Deepening important situations from everyday communication with role exercises.
Video, group and individual feedback.
Personal action plan
Feedback collection from participants.
Review of the defined performance improvements.
Action plan with line managers and individual employees and initiation of the continuous improvement process.
Two proven practitioners with in-depth management and training experience lead and organize the courses in German and French. Italian on request.
