Short Bio:

I received a Telecommunications and Electronics Degree in the Electrical Engineering Department from the University of Oriente, Santiago de Cuba, Cuba, in 2011. In 2016 and 2021, I received a Master's and Doctorate in Electrical Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro. 

My main research interests lie in Remote Sensing and Computer Vision fields. I have (co)authored several articles in top-tier journals and conferences in computer vision and remote sensing and taught various courses from undergraduate to post-graduate level.
