2. **Replicate, Inc. (and Black Forest Labs):** We send the optimized text prompt to Replicate to generate the actual final image.
**What Data is Sent:**
Only your text prompt, style selection, and language hint are sent to these third-party AI services. We DO NOT share your device identifiers, IP address, subscription details, or any other personal identifiers with these AI providers.
**Equal Protection Confirmation:**
We confirm that we have reviewed the data protection policies of OpenAI and Replicate. These third parties provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy. They are strictly prohibited from using your prompts to identify you personally, and the data transmission is encrypted via secure transport protocols (HTTPS/TLS).

Before any of your data is sent to OpenAI or Replicate, the Application presents a clear, upfront disclosure dialog. - **Anonymous Identifiers:** Kept only as long as necessary to validate subscriptions. You can reset these by uninstalling the application.
