Pixvero (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides an AI-powered photo and art creation mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices when you use Pixvero on Android.
By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
This policy applies to the Android version of Pixvero distributed via Google Play, including closed testing and production releases. iOS may be added later and will be covered by an updated version of this policy.
We do not require you to create an account. We do not ask for your name, email, or password inside the App (except if you voluntarily contact us for support).

You should only upload photos and content that you own or have permission to use.

We do not operate a user account database. We do not knowingly collect precise location, contacts, SMS, microphone, or camera stream data for the current Android release (photos are selected from your gallery via the system picker).
Some features process data on your device, including (where available on your Android version):
Photo editing (filters, adjustments, text, emoji, crop, brush)
Background removal
Face detection (to enable certain features)
Content safety / NSFW checks intended to block inappropriate uploads
On-device processed images are not uploaded unless a cloud AI feature requires them.
To deliver AI features, images and/or prompts you submit may be sent securely over the internet (HTTPS) to third-party AI service providers, including:
Hugging Face (e.g. face swap, photo enhance, image analysis used for entertainment features)
Pollinations.ai (e.g. text-to-image and related image generation)
GitHub (public template catalog JSON — not your personal photos)
These providers process data on our behalf / as independent processors or services under their own terms and privacy policies. We send only what is needed to fulfill your request.
Important: We do not sell your photos. Third-party AI providers may process inputs according to their policies (including temporary processing for generation). We do not control their independent retention practices; please review their policies.
The App may display ads using Google AdMob and related Google advertising / consent (UMP) tools. Ad partners may collect or receive:
Device identifiers / Advertising ID
IP address and approximate location derived by ad networks
Interaction data (impressions, clicks)
Diagnostic information related to ad delivery
You can manage ad personalization via your Android settings (e.g. “Delete advertising ID” / ads preferences) and any in-app consent choices where required by law (e.g. EEA/UK).
We use information to:
Provide App features you request (generate, enhance, edit, remove background, save, share)
Improve reliability, safety, and performance
Show advertisements and measure ad performance
Comply with law and enforce our Terms
Respond to support requests
We do not use your photos to build a public profile about you. We do not sell personal information.
Where GDPR / UK GDPR applies, we rely on:
Contract / service performance — to provide features you request
Legitimate interests — app security, fraud/abuse prevention, basic analytics needed to run the service
Consent — where required for personalized ads / certain cookies or identifiers
Legal obligation — when required by law
You may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, without affecting prior lawful processing.
We share information only as needed:
AI service providers (Hugging Face, Pollinations, etc.)
Why: To generate / enhance images you request
Google (AdMob / advertising)
Why: To display and measure ads
Service infrastructure
Why: Hosting of our website / policy pages
Legal / safety
Why: If required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity
We do not sell your personal information.
On device: Edited/generated images you save remain in your gallery under your control. App preferences stay until you clear app data or uninstall.
Cloud AI requests: Images/prompts are transmitted to complete your request. We do not maintain a permanent user photo library on our own servers. Third-party providers may retain data according to their policies for a limited time.
Support emails: Kept as long as needed to resolve your request and for legitimate business records.
Ads data: Retained by ad partners per their policies.
If you want a saved image removed from your device, delete it from your gallery and/or clear the App’s cache/data.
We use reasonable technical measures appropriate to a mobile app, including HTTPS for network requests. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please avoid uploading highly sensitive documents or images you would not want processed by third-party AI systems.
Pixvero is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Parents/guardians: Baby Face Predict and other AI tools are for entertainment; supervise minors’ use of photo-upload apps.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability.
Because we do not maintain user accounts or a central photo database:
You can delete local App data via Android Settings → Apps → Pixvero → Clear data
You can uninstall the App
You can limit ads personalization in device settings
For support-related data, email us to request deletion of correspondence
To exercise rights, email zainabiden840@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy Request”. We will respond within a reasonable period as required by applicable law.
EEA/UK users may lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
Your information may be processed in countries other than yours (including where AI and advertising partners operate). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards provided by those services (e.g. standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms used by those providers).
The App may open third-party apps (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, system share sheet) or websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices.

Outputs from Face Swap, Enhance, Text to Image, Baby Predict, and Templates are AI-generated or AI-assisted. Results may be inaccurate, unexpected, or inappropriate despite safety filters.
Baby Face Predict is for entertainment only. It is not a scientific, medical, or genetic prediction and should not be relied upon as such.
You are responsible for how you use, share, and publish generated images, and for complying with applicable laws and other people’s rights (including likeness and publicity rights).
The App may request:

Photos / media / storage (as applicable by Android version)
Purpose: Select images and save results
We do not request contacts, SMS, microphone, or precise location for core features in the current version.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change, and material changes may be highlighted in the App or on our website. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
