All wallpapers, images, graphics, designs, and visual content provided within the PixieWall app are the exclusive property of PixieWall and its creator. All rights are fully reserved.

Users are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to download and use wallpapers only on their own device.

Users may not, under any circumstances:

• Save, share, repost, or distribute wallpapers outside of their personal device

• Upload PixieWall wallpapers to social media, websites, or any online platform

• Use wallpapers for commercial purposes, including merchandise, products, branding, or advertising

• Edit, modify, crop, remove watermarks, or otherwise alter the wallpapers

• Resell, bundle, export, or include wallpapers in any digital or physical collection

• Claim authorship or ownership of PixieWall content

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of PixieWall content may result in copyright action under applicable law.

3. In-App Purchases & Refunds

Purchases made inside the app (credit packs) are processed by Google Play.
Refunds are subject to Google Play’s refund policies.
PixieWall cannot issue refunds directly.

4. Availability & Modifications

We may update or modify parts of the app, including wallpapers, features, or pricing, at any time.
We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or technical issues that may occur.

5. User Responsibility

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app in a way that violates laws or third-party rights.
