Pixels Cleaner User Agreement
Effective Date: July 9, 2026
This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your access to and use of the Pixels Cleaner mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App" or "Services"). By installing, accessing, or using Pixels Cleaner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree to this Agreement, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country or region, to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
2. App Features
Pixels Cleaner provides phone cleaning and utility features, which may include junk file scanning, temporary file scanning, log file scanning, APK file scanning, large file cleaning, duplicate photo detection, battery information, app process information, notification cleaning, speaker cleaning, flashlight controls, cleanup reminders, and related utility tools.
Some features require Android system permissions or special access. If you deny or revoke a required permission, the related feature may be limited or unavailable.
3. License
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Pixels Cleaner for personal, non-commercial purposes.
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including software code, interface designs, graphics, text, animations, icons, trademarks, and related materials, remain owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, extract source code from, or create derivative works based on the App except as permitted by applicable law.
4. Permissions and User Control
Pixels Cleaner may request permissions or system access to provide specific features, such as storage access, all files access, photo/media access, usage access, notification listener access, notification permission, camera/flashlight access, vibration, audio settings control, package visibility, and uninstall-related requests.
You are responsible for reviewing permission prompts and deciding whether to grant access. You can revoke permissions through Android system settings. Some features may stop working or show limited results after a permission is denied or revoked.
Cleaning actions, photo deletion, app uninstall actions, notification cleaning actions, flashlight actions, and speaker cleaning actions are performed only when you choose to start them or confirm related system prompts.
5. Cleaning Results and Device Data
Pixels Cleaner scans and displays information to help you identify files, photos, apps, notifications, or device status that may be cleaned or reviewed. Scan results, file sizes, duplicate groups, battery information, app usage information, notification information, and other measurements may be approximate and may vary depending on Android version, device model, available permissions, file accessibility, and system restrictions.
Before deleting files, photos, notifications, or app-related data, please review the selected items carefully. You are responsible for any content you choose to delete, remove, uninstall, or clean. We are not responsible for accidental deletion caused by your selections, system confirmation choices, permission choices, or device behavior.
Pixels Cleaner does not guarantee that any file, notification, app, or photo should be deleted. The App provides information and tools to help you make your own decisions.
6. Local Processing
Pixels Cleaner is designed so that junk scanning, large file scanning, duplicate photo matching, notification listing, app process display, and battery information features run primarily on your device. Local scan results or app cache data may be stored on your device to support the App's features.
You can clear local app data through Android system settings or uninstall the App at any time.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
1. Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
2. Attempt to access, interfere with, damage, or disrupt the App, third-party services, Android system services, or other users' devices.
3. Introduce malware, scripts, automated tools, bots, scrapers, or other harmful or unauthorized components.
4. Reverse engineer, modify, bypass, disable, or interfere with security, licensing, permission, or system protection mechanisms.
5. Use the App to access, delete, alter, export, or interfere with files, photos, notifications, apps, or data that you do not own or have permission to manage.
6. Misrepresent your identity, submit false information, or violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or security rights.
7. Use the App in a way that violates applicable laws, platform rules, app store policies, or Android system restrictions.
8. User Submissions and Feedback
If you send us feedback, suggestions, support requests, reports, or other communications, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and analyze those submissions for the purpose of operating, supporting, improving, and developing the App.
You represent that you have the right to submit such information and that your submissions do not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
9. Third-Party Services and System Settings
The App may interact with Android system settings, app stores, device manufacturer services, Google Play services, or other third-party services when needed to provide permissions, file access, notification access, app uninstall flows, system cache cleanup, flashlight controls, or other device functions.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, systems, availability, decisions, or practices.
10. Notifications and Reminders
The App may display foreground notifications, cleanup reminders, permission reminders, or other app messages where permitted by law and your device settings. You can manage notification permissions through Android system settings and any available in-app controls.
Foreground notifications may be used to support ongoing utility features, quick actions, or service status. You are responsible for managing notification settings on your device.
11. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how information is accessed, processed, used, shared, and protected when you use Pixels Cleaner.
12. Updates and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, including features, permissions, user interface, notifications, supported devices, and compatibility behavior. We may also update this Agreement from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may provide notice where required by law. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Agreement.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe that you have violated this Agreement, created risk or legal exposure, misused the App, or caused harm to the App, third-party services, Android system services, or other users.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it or clearing its data from your device.
14. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.
We do not guarantee that the App will identify all junk files, duplicate photos, app cache, large files, notifications, battery conditions, app process issues, speaker issues, or device issues. We do not guarantee that cleaning will improve performance, battery life, storage availability, speaker condition, notification behavior, or device behavior.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, files, photos, profits, business, device functionality, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, service providers, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of this Agreement, your violation of law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
17. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless local law requires otherwise. Any disputes will be handled in a court or forum with proper jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your location.
