PixelMagic ("the App") is developed by AxtonDeveloper ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the App handles, why, who receives it, how long it is kept, and the choices you have.
No account needed
You do not need to sign up or log in to use PixelMagic. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or location.
Information the App handles
Ads (Google AdMob)
The App is free and shows ads from Google AdMob. To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, AdMob automatically collects:
• your IP address, which can show your approximate location
• device identifiers, such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID, and, if applicable, other identifiers related to signed-in accounts on the device
• app and ad interactions, such as app launches, taps and video views
• performance information, such as app launch time, freezes and battery use
This information is collected and used by Google.

Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)
If the App crashes or freezes, a report is sent to us. It includes the error details, the App version, your device model, Android version, memory and storage details, and a random ID for your copy of the App, so we can count how many people a problem affects. Firebase also records when the App is opened, to measure how stable it is. Reports do not include your name or email address. We use them only to find and fix problems.
Notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging)
To send notifications about new prompts, Firebase uses a random ID created for your copy of the App, together with the App version. This ID is not linked to your name, email address or phone number. On Android 13 and newer, the App asks your permission before it shows notifications.
Security check (Firebase App Check with Google Play Integrity)
To protect our servers from misuse, the App checks that its requests come from the genuine PixelMagic app on a genuine Android device. For this check, Google Play receives the App's package name, version and signing certificate, whether the App was installed from Google Play, and device-integrity information created by Google Play services. It is used only for this check. We do not use it to identify or track you.
Prompt counters
When you open, save or share a prompt, the App adds 1 to that prompt's total. If you open or share the same prompt again on the same phone within 24 hours, it is not counted again. These totals decide what appears in Trending and the order of prompts. They are plain numbers and are not linked to you or your device.

Prompts and images are delivered by Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage). As with any internet service, Google's servers receive your IP address and basic technical details, such as your device model and Android version, when the App loads content.
Kept only on your device
The prompts you save, your settings (such as the theme, and when an ad was last shown), a list of the prompts you have opened or shared and when (used for the 24-hour rule above), and the temporary copy of an image made when you tap Share stay on your phone. They are never uploaded to us.
If you email us
We receive your email address and your message. We use them only to reply to you, and we will delete the conversation if you ask.
What we do not do
• We do not sell your information.
• We do not use Google Analytics or any other separate analytics service, and we do not build a profile about you.
• We do not access your contacts, messages, photos, camera, microphone or precise location.
Who receives this information
Only Google, which runs the services the App uses:
• Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform (ads and ad consent)
• Firebase Crashlytics (crash reports)
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (notifications)
• Firebase App Check and Google Play Integrity (security check)
• Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage for Firebase (prompts and images)
Google handles this information under its own policies:

We do not share it with anyone else.
Your choices
• Ad choices: if you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the App asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time from "Ad Settings" in the App menu. This option appears only where consent is required.
• Advertising ID: you can reset or delete it in your phone's settings (usually Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads).
• Notifications: you can turn them off at any time in your phone's settings.
• Saved prompts: you can remove any saved prompt inside the App. Clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App removes everything stored on your phone.
How long information is kept
• On your phone: until you remove it, clear the App's data or uninstall the App.
• Crash reports: Firebase keeps them for 90 days and then starts deleting them.
• Notification ID: Firebase keeps it until it is deleted. After you uninstall the App, it is no longer used.
• Security check: App Check tokens expire within 7 days. Google Play deletes Play Integrity data after a fixed period.
• Prompt counters: kept for as long as the prompt is in the App.
• Ad data: kept by Google as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
Security
Data between the App and Google's services travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Firebase App Check helps protect our servers from fake or modified copies of the App. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.
Children
PixelMagic is meant for users aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other apps
The App can open ChatGPT, Gemini or their pages on Google Play, and lets you share prompts to other apps. PixelMagic is not affiliated with these services. Once you leave PixelMagic, their privacy policies apply.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here and in the App, with a new date at the top.
