PRIVACY POLICY FOR PIXELHOT

Pixelhot (“the App”) is operated by Ranjit Majumder (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, processed, used, shared, stored, and protected when you use Pixelhot.
By using Pixelhot, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. INFORMATION PIXELHOT PROCESSES
Advertising and device information
Pixelhot uses Google AdMob to display interstitial and native advertisements. Google Mobile Ads may automatically process information including:
• Your IP address, which may be used to estimate your general location.
• Advertising identifiers, app set identifiers, and other device or application identifiers.
• Device type, operating system, language, and app version.
• App launches, advertisement impressions, taps, video views, and other advertising interactions.
• Diagnostic and performance information, such as loading times, errors, hangs, and energy usage.
• Information used to prevent fraud, abuse, and invalid advertising traffic.
Depending on your location, Pixelhot uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent or provide privacy choices before requesting advertisements where legally required.
When required, you can review, change, or withdraw your advertising choices using the Ad Privacy option available within Pixelhot.
Declining consent may prevent personalized advertising. However, non-personalized or limited advertisements may still be displayed, and certain information such as an IP address may still be processed to deliver advertisements, maintain security, and prevent fraud.

Firebase and feed information
Pixelhot uses Google Firebase and Cloud Firestore to retrieve and manage editing prompts, categories, image links, and other content displayed in the App.
When Pixelhot communicates with Firebase, Google may process limited technical information such as IP addresses, device and application information, Firebase SDK information, authentication information, and request logs to provide, secure, and maintain its services.
Ordinary Pixelhot users are not required to create an account to browse edits, save favourites locally, or copy prompts.
Pixelhot does not use Google Analytics for Firebase and does not intentionally collect detailed feature-usage analytics through Firebase Analytics.
Administrative authentication
Restricted administrative features use Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication.
If you attempt to access these administrative features, Google and Firebase may process:
• Your Google account identifier.
• Your email address.
• Your display name and profile image, where available.
• Authentication tokens and related security information.
This information is used to authenticate the user, verify administrative authorization, prevent unauthorized access, and protect Pixelhot’s content-management features.
Attempting to sign in does not guarantee access to Pixelhot’s administrative features. Ordinary users do not need to sign in to use Pixelhot’s public features.
Images and Cloudinary
Images displayed in Pixelhot may be hosted and delivered using Cloudinary.
When an image is requested, Cloudinary may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, requested image URL, timestamps, and network-request information.
Authorized administrators may upload images to Cloudinary for publication in the Pixelhot feed.

Favourites and local storage
Edits marked as favourites are stored locally on your device. Pixelhot does not intentionally upload your favourites list to our servers.
You can remove individual favourites within the App. Clearing Pixelhot’s application data removes locally stored favourites.
Depending on your Android device and backup settings, locally stored application data may be included in Android backup or device-transfer services managed by Google or your device provider. Such information may be restored if you reinstall the App or transfer data to another device.
Clipboard use
When you select Copy Prompt or Image Generator, Pixelhot places the selected editing prompt on your device’s clipboard.
Clipboard handling takes place locally through the Android operating system. Pixelhot does not intentionally upload copied prompts to our servers.
Other applications with clipboard access may be able to read clipboard content according to Android’s rules and your device settings. You can replace or clear clipboard content using your device’s clipboard controls.
Screen-capture and recording protection
Pixelhot uses Android security features designed to prevent unauthorized capture of content displayed within the App.
While Pixelhot is visible, the Android operating system may block:
• Screenshots.
• Screen recordings.
• Pixelhot content in the recent-apps preview.
• Displaying Pixelhot through non-secure external displays or capture services.
This protection is performed locally by the Android operating system. Pixelhot does not collect or transmit personal information through this feature.
Screen-capture protection cannot prevent someone from photographing the screen using another device. It may also be ineffective on modified, compromised, or rooted devices.
ChatGPT and external applications
The Image Generator feature copies the selected prompt and attempts to open the independently operated ChatGPT application.
Pixelhot does not automatically submit the prompt to ChatGPT and does not receive information that you subsequently provide to ChatGPT. You decide whether to paste or submit the copied prompt in ChatGPT.
Your use of ChatGPT is governed by OpenAI’s privacy policy and applicable terms.

2. HOW INFORMATION IS USED
Information processed through Pixelhot and its service providers may be used to:
• Provide and maintain the App.
• Retrieve and display editing prompts, categories, and images.
• Store favourites locally on your device.
• Copy prompts and open supported external applications.
• Display, deliver, measure, and personalize advertisements where permitted.
• Provide non-personalized or limited advertisements where appropriate.
• Diagnose service errors and technical problems.
• Authenticate authorized administrators.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unauthorized access.
• Protect content displayed within Pixelhot.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.
3. HOW INFORMATION IS SHARED
We may share or permit information to be processed by service providers that support Pixelhot, including:
• Google AdMob.
• Google User Messaging Platform.
• Firebase Authentication.
• Cloud Firestore.
• Cloudinary.
• Google Play services.
• The Android operating system and related Android backup services.
These providers process information according to their own privacy policies, terms, and contractual obligations.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
• Comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or government request.
• Protect the rights, safety, and property of users, the public, or Pixelhot.
• Detect or prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
• Complete a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of the App, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information for money.
Advertising providers may process information for personalized or targeted advertising where permitted by law and according to the privacy choices available to you. Such processing may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under certain privacy laws.
4. CONSENT AND ADVERTISING CHOICES
Where required, Pixelhot requests consent before initializing or requesting advertisements.
Available choices depend on your location, applicable law, and the privacy messages configured through Google’s User Messaging Platform.
When Google indicates that a privacy-options entry point is required, Pixelhot displays an Ad Privacy option that allows you to review, change, or withdraw your advertising choices.
You may also reset or delete your Android advertising identifier through your device’s privacy settings.
Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all advertisements. You may instead receive non-personalized or limited advertisements.
Consent choices are processed and stored by Google’s User Messaging Platform according to Google’s policies.
5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
We retain information directly controlled by us only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Pixelhot, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements.
Retention periods for information processed by Google, Firebase, AdMob, Cloudinary, OpenAI, Android backup services, or other external providers are controlled by those providers and their applicable policies.
Ordinary Pixelhot users do not create a Pixelhot account, and we do not maintain a personal user-profile database for ordinary users.
You can remove locally stored Pixelhot information by:
• Removing individual favourites.
• Clearing Pixelhot’s application data through Android settings.
• Uninstalling Pixelhot.
Information previously included in an Android cloud backup may be managed through your Google account or device backup settings.
To request deletion of information directly controlled by us, including information associated with an administrative authentication attempt, contact:

We may need to verify your identity before completing a deletion request.
Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, resolving disputes, or establishing or defending legal claims.
Deleting Pixelhot-related information does not automatically delete your Google, Firebase, Cloudinary, or OpenAI account. Requests concerning those accounts should be submitted directly to the relevant provider.
6. DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information and App content against unauthorized access, capture, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
These safeguards include:
• Encrypted HTTPS or TLS network connections where supported by our service providers.
• Authentication and authorization controls for restricted administrative features.
• Android secure-window protection intended to block screenshots, screen recordings, recent-app previews, and capture through non-secure displays.
• Consent controls that prevent advertisements from loading until Google’s User Messaging Platform indicates that advertising requests are permitted.
No method of electronic transmission, storage, or device-level protection is completely secure.
Screen-capture protection cannot prevent recording with an external camera or capture from a compromised or rooted device. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. INTERNATIONAL DATA PROCESSING
Pixelhot’s service providers operate internationally.
Information may therefore be processed or stored in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws.
Where required, service providers rely on appropriate legal mechanisms and safeguards for international data transfers.
8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Pixelhot is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through Pixelhot, contact beat14825@gmail.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
9. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
• Request access to personal information.
• Request correction or deletion.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent.
• Opt out of certain advertising uses.
• Receive a portable copy of certain information.
• Submit a complaint to a data-protection authority.

Rights concerning information controlled by a third-party provider should be exercised through that provider.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Pixelhot may contain content, advertisements, or links provided by third parties.
We do not control the privacy practices, security, availability, or content of independently operated third-party services.
You should review the privacy policies of any external service before providing it with personal information.
11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy when Pixelhot’s functionality, service providers, legal requirements, or data practices change.
The updated policy will be published at the same URL with a revised “Last updated” date.
Material changes may also be communicated through the App where appropriate.
