These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of all mobile applications, tools, products, and services provided by Pixdazz ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using any Pixdazz application ("App" or "Apps"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Apps.
Our Apps are intended for personal, non-commercial use, unless explicitly permitted otherwise.
You agree not to use the Apps for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or offensive activities.
You must not upload or generate content that:
violates copyright or intellectual property rights,
contains nudity involving minors or explicit illegal content,
infringes the privacy, rights, or likeness of others.
All app assets, AI models, templates, UI elements, design, and source code are the exclusive property of Pixdazz.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, resell, or exploit any part of the Apps without written permission.
The Pixdazz brand, trademarks, and logos are protected and may not be used without authorization.
You retain full ownership of the images/videos you upload or create.
You grant Pixdazz a temporary and limited license to process your content only for the purpose of providing app features such as editing, AI transformation, or face swapping.
Content is automatically deleted from our servers within the time frame stated in our Privacy Policy.
Apps and features are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty.
We do not guarantee:
error-free operation,
uninterrupted service,
accuracy of results or AI-generated content.
You use the Apps at your own risk. Pixdazz is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from use or inability to use the Apps.
By using our Apps you agree:
Not to harm, threaten, or defame any individual through generated content.
Not to misuse AI results for impersonation, fraud, or identity manipulation.
To comply with all local regulations regarding content creation and data use.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access if:
you violate these Terms,
misuse app features,
engage in prohibited content or behavior,
attempt to disrupt or manipulate service operations.
Some Apps may display third-party advertisements (e.g., Google AdMob).
Ad content is the responsibility of the ad provider, not Pixdazz.
By using our Apps, you consent to viewing such ads unless you purchase an ad-free plan if available.
Certain features, templates, filters, or effects may require one-time purchases or subscriptions.
All payments are securely processed through Google Play / App Store.
Prices may change at any time without notice.
Refunds are subject to platform policies and local laws — Pixdazz does not directly handle refunds.
Subscription plans may auto-renew unless canceled by the user before the renewal date.
Pixdazz is not responsible for:
misuse of generated content,
damages caused by unauthorized access,
third-party services or API-related failures,
device issues, data loss, or service downtime.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the amount you paid for the use of premium features (if any).
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your region/jurisdiction. Any disputes must be resolved under local regulations and court authority.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Apps after updates means you accept the modified Terms. Notification may be given within the app or via update notes.
