Pixa: Photo Editor & Cartoon app provides mobile applications on App Store/Google Play. We provide number of applications on the App Store/Google Play and We provide this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies regarding the collection, use, disclosure and protection of information regarding this application.
2. Information We collect from you
By installing this mobile application from App Store or Google Play, you are authorizing the application to collect, store, and use in accordance with this Privacy policy.
Our app needs to have access to your camera and photo gallery. You may choose to grant us the permission to access to your camera and photo gallery to obtain your photo in your mobile device. Only if you confirm the permission, will we gain access to your camera and photo gallery.
How do we handle face data?
We use artificial intelligence technology to automatically create highly realistic facial transformations base on the portrait photos user uploaded.
We use a third-party cloud provider – specifically Google Cloud/Compute Engine as the server for image processing and editing.
Only the selected photos are uploaded to the cloud for editing.
Photos are temporarily cached on the cloud servers during the editing process.
Photos remain in the cloud for a very short period of 60 minutes after you have last edited the photograph, so that you can access the image and make additional modifications if you choose to do so.
We do not use the photos you provide for any reason other than to provide you with the portrait editing functionality.
For some specific features like Enhance and Cartoon, we need to share with 3rd party (https://cutout.pro) via api connection to process. And we make sure this 3rd party also comply with privacy policies. You can see details here
3. Customer Support Correspondence
When you ask for assistance from our Customer Support team, we may collect and store contact information you provide (generally your name and e-mail address), as well as information about your usage of the application, so that we can appropriately respond to inquiries. We will also store the correspondence and any related information.
We Don’t Collect Information of Children
Our website and mobile applications comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
