Developer Harsh Piwaniya (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our") operates various utility applications, including but not limited to file management tools. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our apps and the choices you have associated with that data.

a. Locally Stored Data (Not accessible by us)
Files, folders, and media you access via the file manager remain on your device only. We do not upload, read, or transfer your files to any server.
b. Automatically Collected Data (Anonymous)
Crash reports and diagnostics (via Google Play Console & Firebase Crashlytics) – includes device model, Android version, app version, and stack traces. No personal identifiers.
Usage statistics (e.g., feature clicks) – only if you grant permission; fully anonymized.
c. Permissions (Explained)
Our file manager apps may request:
Storage permission – to read/write files on your device. No data leaves your device.
Notifications permission – for operation status updates (optional).
We never collect:
Name, email, address, phone number
Location data
Biometric data
Contacts or messages
2. How We Use Information
Any data collected is used only to:
Improve app stability and performance
Fix crashes and bugs

If we decline your request, you may appeal within 30 days by emailing the same address with “VCDPA Appeal”.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our apps are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in certain regions). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us immediately to delete it.
8. Data Retention & Security
Crash logs – retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted.
Usage stats – aggregated and retained for 6 months.
We use industry-standard security measures (encryption in transit, access controls). However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
9. International Data Transfers
If you use our apps from outside your home country, your anonymized diagnostic data may be transferred to and processed in countries where our service providers (Google, Firebase) operate (e.g., USA). We ensure appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app or via an in-app notice. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when the policy was last revised. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
