Make the poster and send it to the Chancellor to have him, use the Knights account forward it to Michele with the following statement:
The Knights are organizing a Eucharistic Procession for Divine Mercy Sunday (during the hour of Mercy) at 3 pm. This is weather permitting. In the event of precipitation, we will pray a divine mercy chaplet and have adoration in the Chapel. We will begin in the chapel.

2 for the Candles: Use electric candles, Father has provided this in the past.
Find someone to take pictures.

If desired consider Supreme Holy Hour resources, add something on Saint Joesph
If anyone ever asks, this is the route that is usually taken, update if it changes. We depend on Father holding the monstrance up and this already takes 20 minutes otherwise it would be larger perhaps.
