The interface is pretty much a Google Presentation, editting in a browser can be full of delays and resizing but otherwise just click and drag and/or use the elements to add links, etc. For linking sign-ups, use the button option

For the most part the site will display as you would see it when it is published.
Normal site navigation on the site page or use the dropdowns under the pages tab
3. When changes are complete
This step is called publishing, you need to push this button twice.
