About Michal Chlebowski
Michal Chlebowski is an Industrialization Manager for Eaton, where she has built her career and leadership over the last 20+ years, specializing in Continuous Improvement, Quality and Manufacturing Management, and New Product Development. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master’s in Manufacturing Management, both from Penn State University. Michal is a mom of two girls (plus 2 dogs, 3 cats, and a fish) and strives to be their role model. With a passion for inspiring and empowering females, Michal is an active member of the SWE Pittsburgh Executive Council, serving as the section President and the Daniel G. and Carole L. Kamin Science Center Events Chair. She is also actively engaged with her church as a youth education leader, integrating science and engineering into the curriculum. In her spare time, she enjoys Olympic lifting/CrossFit, travel, camping, hiking, reading, and puzzles.
About Marta Smorawska
About Marta Smorawska
Marta Smorawska is an Electronics Hardware Engineer at Eaton since 2022. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Point Park University in 2021. In the fall of 2023, she started her MBA program in Data Analytics concentration. Marta is originally from Poland. She came to the United States in 2013 to learn English and decided to stay to pursue higher education. She started with Biomedical Engineering in Boston, MA, and after moving to Pittsburgh, she changed her major to Electrical Engineering. Marta is a dog mom to German Shepherd and active member of SWE Pittsburgh since 2023. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, and listening to true crime podcasts.
