Jayashree Iyengar
Jayshree Iyengar is a Mechanical Engineer who worked at Westinghouse as an engineer for twenty five years. She retired from her engineering job in 2015 and started her cooking class business Popping Mustard Seeds LLC. She specializes in teaching Indian vegetarian cuisine. Her passion for cooking and teaching led her to transition to the culinary world. She completed her Master’s degree in Food Studies at Chatham University in 2019.
