As your career starts to pick up, and your responsibilities start to grow, it can be an exciting time, as well as an overwhelming one. It can be difficult to remain focused on your goals and engaged in your work if you start to burn out. This session aims to discuss ways to manage these feelings before burnout and to stay motivated.

About Jackie Welsh
Jackie Welsh graduated in 2019 with her bachelor's in Industrial Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh with a concentration in Health Systems Engineering. She currently works as an analyst on the Population Health team for Kaiser Permanente Medical Foundation and has completed her Master's in Public Health from the University of Colorado with a concentration in Health Systems, Management, and Policy. She has been an active SWE member since her time at Pitt, her most recent position as the Corporate Relations Officer for the Rocky Mountain Section. In her free time, Jackie is an active runner and loves to read. She is very excited to be invited back to the FiERCE Forum.
