Deepika Devarajan is a technology product leader with a proven track record of driving growth by solving high-value problems with disruptive innovation. She has over 20 years of experience in diverse technical domains such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Data Science and Analytics, Healthcare and Pharmacy Tech, Medical Devices and Informatics, Industrial Technologies, and Design Automation. She currently heads product management and strategy at Matthews International for industrial automation applications and teaches at Chatham University. She cares deeply about responsible innovation and ethical applications of technology, speaking at conferences to create awareness and partnering with research groups. Jennifer Ploskina is a sales, marketing, and operations leader dedicated to driving business growth and engagement among employees, customers, and partners. She spent 17 of her 26-year career at Eaton Corporation where she focused on connected solutions for smart homes, smart buildings, and smart factories. Her love of technology took her to a CMU-based start-up, a nuclear consulting firm, and most recently Matthews International where she leads the global sales and marketing function for the marketing & coding business.
