Philip married Eliza Boyington in 1875 (sometimes spelt as Boyinton)

Eliza died on 26th Nov 1932 aged 75/6. Tydd St. Mary

They had 4 children:

• John Robert b. 1876 died on 2nd May 1919 aged 42. Tydd St Mary

• Benjamin b. 1878 d.

• Thomas b. 1884

• George Henry (our ancestor) b. 1881

George Henry Thorpe (b. 1881. d. 1943)

Married Alice (Beatrice) Boreham in 1902

They had 2 children:-

• Hilda Kathleen Thorpe b 1904

• Eva Mary Thorpe b. 1906

George Henry Thorpe died whilst on holiday in Spalding.
