END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
FOR KOTR 2: Drag Racing Simulator & Drag Sim: King Of The Racing

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE GAME.
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Pit-Stop Games ("Company") for the use of the mobile games "King Of The Racing 2: Drag Sim" ("Game") and "Drag Sim: King Of The Racing" ("Game") on iOS and Android devices, and it includes any related documentation and updates. By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Game.
1. License Grant
1.1 Basic License: Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of this EULA, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game on iOS and Android devices that you own or control for personal entertainment purposes. This license is granted solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
1.2 VIP Subscription: The Game offers an optional VIP subscription plan ("VIP Subscription Plan"). The VIP Subscription Plan grants you access to VIP benefits within the Game for a 30-day period, subject to your payment of the subscription fee.
2. Subscription
2.1 Subscription Period: The VIP Subscription Plan is optional and lasts for a period of 30 days ("Subscription Period"). The Subscription Plan will automatically renew every 30 days unless canceled by you in accordance with the respective app store policies (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
2.2 Payment: You agree to pay the subscription fee as specified in the respective app store at the time of purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account, and the subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
2.3 Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription through the respective app store settings on your iOS or Android device. Once canceled, your subscription will not renew, and you will continue to have access to the Game with standard features only until the end of the current subscription period.
3. VIP Benefits
3.1 VIP benefits: VIP benefits may include but are not limited to in-game currency, special items, exclusive content, and enhanced gameplay features, as specified within the Game.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
4.1 Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
4.2 Use the Game for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use.
4.3 Share, sell, or transfer your account or subscription to any third party.
5. Termination
Company reserves the right to terminate this EULA and your access to the Game at any time without notice if you violate any of the terms and conditions herein.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Game is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be found at [URL to Privacy Policy]. By using the Game, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Apple and Google's Terms and Conditions
You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Game is subject to the respective terms and conditions of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and you are solely responsible for compliance with such terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Game.
10. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or country where Company is registered.
