The final day starts as the trinity of mean girls Katy Perry Kesha and Meghan Trainor sit at the breakfast table. Meghan tries her hardest to steal the other two's food. 

Sitting down, the three ladies reflect on the contestants who were previously expelled. Kesha says that Harry Styles was SUCH a loser, asking who in their right mind would dress the way she did. 

Katy Perry says that she was so glad to see the back of both Troye Sivan and Grant Gustin. She thinks for a moment and then corrects herself explaining that she meant seeing them walk out the door - not seeing Troye's tragic profile photo or Grant's body whenever he'd show off his permanent redness. 

Meghan Trainor whines that she misses Madonna because the quality of the breakfasts she made were phenomenal. She says that their new servant Foxes just doesn't compare. 

At this moment, Foxes walks into the room with a tray of fresh coffee she has brewed for the ladies. Kesha takes a spit of the coffee and then shouts "DUMB BITCH. THIS IS FUCKING COLD!" as she throws the actually-kinda-hot coffee all over Foxes, scolding AND scalding her. Foxes apologizes, and goes to make more. 

Over the intercom, Carrie Underwood speaks to the students telling them that there will be no lesson today. Instead, there will be a multiple tests and the first one will be happening shortly. Foxes comes back into the room handing Kesha the freshly brewed piping hot coffee. "You're dismissed" Kesha says. 

"I CANNOT WAIT to get her stupid ass out of here" Katy Perry says after Foxes leaves the room. Biting into her 68th sausage of the morning, Meghan Trainor says "hm, maybe we should sabotage her?" The others agree. The girls cackle. From behind the wall, Foxes tries to eavesdrop but unfortunately she listened to too much "disco" music that her ears don't work properly and she heard nothing. 

Five podiums are standing in the main hall, where Carrie Underwood greets the four students. Standing behind the center podium, Carrie tells the students to each pick one to stand behind. She explains that the first test will be a quiz. There is a box of questions, which the students should pass around and ask another student the question. The catch is... one wrong answer spells instant expulsion. The girls almost pee themselves. Kesha leaks a little. 

Meghan Trainor takes the box first. The sooner she does it, the sooner she can eat again. Reading out her question, she asks "Harry Styles was called to the carpet for what reason?" She then says that Foxes should answer. 

Foxes begins shaking, unsure if she knows the answer. "He... umm... it's... it's... ummm... its because ... he didn't... show leadership qualities... right? ... i think?" she answers.

Carrie Underwood says that Foxes is... CORRECT.

Kesha is the next one to ask a question. "What was the real reason Carrie Underwood cancelled the lunch on day three?" she says, once again choosing Foxes to answer. "um.. I... think... that Gran--- WAIT! No, I remember! It was because Madonna served her vegan food!"

Carrie says that Foxes is... CORRECT.

Katy Perry wastes no time in saying that Foxes will be answering her question too. Foxes replies "ME AGAIN?" before realizing that they're ganging up on her. "At the community center, what was Samuel's last name?" Katy asks. Kesha cackles saying that there's absolutely no way Foxes could remember this. 

Foxes begins panicking and gets close to a breakdown as she looks at the trinity of mean girls staring her down. She looks down at the podium in front of her made of oak wood and has an epiphany. "WAIT. I know this! I spoke to him all afternoon. It's Oak! SAMUEL OAK!"

Carrie Underwood says that Foxes is... CORRECT She then praises her for being impressive and actually learning.

Cheering, Foxes is handed the box of questions and prepares to answer another one. She almost chooses herself then remembers the others can answer too. "Ok", she says, "Which dean looked after the students in detention yesterday?" directing the question to Meghan Trainor. Meghan is busy tucking into her 33rd cheese cracker of the day and ignores the question at first. 

"Meghan?" asks Carrie Underwood. "WAIT WHAT" Meghan Trainor responds, choking on the crackers. "You're asking me? Um??? I don't know! Was it Gwen Stefani? She's totally useless anyway so she might as well have been there idk idk idk"

"Meghan... that... is INCORRECT" says Carrie. The answer was Lana Del Rey. "Meghan, that means, you are expelled. Please hand me your pin" Carrie finishes.

In shock, the trio of mean girls immediately start bashing Foxes, accusing her of cheating, betrayal and saying that she should have just shut her mouth because that's the only thing she does well. They continue to berate and bully her. Foxes tries to defend herself but its one fox versus three wolves. Suddenly dean Kacey Musgraves enters the room with her rifle in hand after hearing the commotion. Everyone falls silent. 

Now on their best behavior after the appearance of Kacey Musgraves's famed rifle, the mean girls hug their bestie Meghan Trainor as she is escorted out of Charm School. As she leaves, Kesha says "well... at least we'll get to eat today" to Katy Perry, as both laugh and cackle, mocking their former ally. 

Carrie Underwood announces that the second test will begin immediately. They must each write a speech reflecting on their time within Charm School. They have 10 minutes to do so.

10 minutes have passed. Katy Perry is first to give her speak to the headmistress and the three deans. "I am so happy to have made it to the final three", she says before continuing, "but honestly, I am MORE happy to have made it further than Troye Sivan! I truly deserve the best and he deserves nothing but the worst. He's dirt, lower than the dirt actually!" 

What was meant to be a speech about herself turns into an obsessive rant about Troye Sivan, as Katy Perry continues "I despise everything about him. I really do. His small short frame, his lack of manliness, his high pitched squeals, his demonic eyes, his limp wrists, his punchable face, his flat ass, his ugly hairdos, his flaming personality, his"... Katy is cut off as the deans pretend to applaud her speech. 

Kesha is chosen to speak next. She says that coming to Charm School has changed her. She's talked less, and instead opened up her ears to listen. She says she knows she's not perfect and hasn't gotten over her piss issues yet, but she's working on it!

The deans clap for her.

Foxes is last to give her speech. She starts shaking and crying as she stands at the podium. "I... um... I... well... I... um ok... listen, the truth is... I didn't write a speech. I couldn't. I didn't know what to say. I needed someone else here to write it for me because I'm not used to this. I don't have Rihanna here for me this time. So I'm scared". 

Foxes continues talking about her struggles. "A lot of people think I'm just lazy. i mean, sometimes I am, but not this time. I came into Charm School thinking I'd just troll, but I actually learned a lot. My confidence grew throughout my time here too. I think winning all those challenges helped me a lot. Well, I thought it did at least. Anyway, I'm sorry to have failed this time" she says dejected. 

The judges stand up from their chairs giving Foxes a standing ovation for delivering a speech even though she couldn't write one. "You're still so fucking annoying, but that was actually really sweet and heartfelt" says Lana Del Rey, voting for Foxes to win this challenge. Kacey Musgraves agrees and votes for Foxes also. Gwen Stefani says "well, that was nice and all but I still don't like you so..." before voting for Kesha instead. 

Carrie Underwood says that she agrees with both Kacey and Lana, and that Foxes is the winner of this challenge! She then says that it's down to both Katy Perry and Kesha. "Ultimately, Kesha gave the better speech, so she deserves to move on" Carrie explains, as she eliminates Katy.

"whatever! I beat Troye Sivan and that's what matters! bye dorks!" Katy says gleefully handing in her pledge pin and skipping out the door.

Two students remain. Carrie Underwood explains that tonight she will make the decision about which one is the winner of Charm School. She says that she needs all afternoon to make a decision and is sending the girls out to get a (much-needed) makeover. 

Foxes is at the hair stylist with dean Lana Del Rey. Foxes says she wants her hair to look like THIS - showing the gay male the album cover for Hyperspace. "Oh I have  never seen that album", he responds. Lana says he's lucky before interrupting Foxes and saying "uh, no-no, sweetie! think again! how about something long?" Foxes agrees to try something new. 

Meanwhile Kacey Musgraves is helping Kesha at the fashion store. Kacey asks her what kind of gown she wants to try on, and Kesha responds "well, you know how much I LOVE yellow!" Horrified, Kacey is quick to shout "NO" before suggesting she try on something more demure. The stylist brings out a black dress. "She'll take it" Kacey makes the decision for her. 

The students swap locations, as Foxes enters the dress shop. She says that initially she wanted something plain and simple, but she's decided she really needs to impress. The dress designer brings out a flowing couture dress. Foxes says its perfect.

On the other side of town, Kesha enters the hair salon where Gwen Stefani waits. "Will it be piss blonde yellow miss girl" Gwen asks Kesha as she sits down. "Hm, I thought about it, but no. I want to try something different - but still colorful!"

Back in Charm School, Carrie Underwood awaits the students in the main hall. Both ladies walk down the stairs wearing their new gowns complimented by their freshly styled hairdos. Foxes now has long brown hair with a flowing red dress, while Kesha is wearing a sparkly black dress with a rose gold and green hairstyle.

"Wow" Carrie says. "For the first time ever, you ladies look absolutely beautiful."

Carrie Underwood says that it was difficult but she's finally made her decision. The winner of Charm School is...

Kesha!

Saddened by her defeat, Foxes falls to the floor depressed. She struggles to get up as she lays on her back but soon finds the confidence within herself to stand again and congratulate Kesha on her victory. Kesha walks up and takes the diploma in her hand. As she picks up her degree to give her victory speech, she accidentally pees herself from the excitement.
