Each classroom in our buildings will be supplied with hand sanitizer and cleaning spray. Synchronous learning is online or virtual learning that happens in real time, whereas asynchronous learning occurs through online channels without real-time interaction. Pasadena ISD chose to provide asynchronous instruction affording more flexibility and learner-centered experiences regardless of the location of the students.
Each Pasadena ISD campus provides a FB page, website and email blasts to parents with Everything You Need to Know About Our School. Campuses communicate device distribution plan, how to access daily schedule, virtual meet the teacher, expectations for asynchronous instruction, etc.
Each campus has a designated team to assess the risk and will work in collaboration with local and state authorities to make case-by-case decisions. In the event of lab confirmed cases, parents will be notified.
All students need to register on-line for the 2020-2021 school year.
