Developers respect and protect the personal privacy of all users of the service. In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized services, developers will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy. However, developers will treat this information with high diligence and prudent obligations. Unless otherwise specified in this privacy policy, developers will not disclose such information to the public or provide it to third parties without your prior permission. Developers will update this privacy policy from time to time. When you agree to the developer service use agreement, you will be deemed to have agreed to all contents of this privacy policy. This privacy policy is an integral part of the developer service use agreement.
1. Scope of application
a) When you register the developer software account, you provide the personal registration information as required by the developer;
b) When you use the developer web service or visit the developer platform web page, the developer automatically receives and records the information on your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software and hardware feature information, and web page records required by you;
c) User personal data obtained by developers from business partners through legal means.
You understand and agree that the following information is not applicable to this privacy policy:
a) The keyword information you enter when using the search service provided by the developer platform;
b) Relevant information and data collected by the developer and released by you, including but not limited to participating activities, transaction information and evaluation details;
c) Violation of laws or developer rules and measures taken by the developer against you.
2. Use of information
a) The developer will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party, unless you obtain your permission in advance, or the third party and the developer (including the developer's affiliated company) provide services for you individually or jointly, and after the end of the service, they will be prohibited from accessing all these materials, including those they can access before.
b) The developer also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or disseminate your personal information free of charge by any means. If any developer platform user is found to be engaged in the above activities, the developer has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with the user.
c) For the purpose of serving users, developers may provide you with information you are interested in by using your personal information, including but not limited to sending you product and service information, or sharing information with developer partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).
3. Information disclosure
Under the following circumstances, the developer will disclose all or part of your personal information according to your personal will or legal provisions:
a) Disclose to a third party with your prior consent;
b) In order to provide the products and services you require, you must share your personal information with a third party;
c) Disclose to a third party or an administrative or judicial body in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law or the requirements of the administrative or judicial body;
d) If you violate relevant laws, regulations or developer service agreements or relevant rules, you need to disclose to a third party;
e) If you are a qualified intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, you should disclose it to the respondent at the request of the respondent, so that both parties can deal with possible rights disputes;
f) In a transaction created on the developer platform, if any party to the transaction has fulfilled or partially fulfilled the transaction obligations and made a request for information disclosure, the developer has the right to decide to provide the user with necessary information such as the contact information of its counterparty to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the settlement of disputes.
g) Other developers consider appropriate disclosure according to laws, regulations or website policies.
4. Information storage and exchange
The information and data collected by the developer about you will be stored on the server of the developer and/or its affiliated companies. These information and data may be transmitted to your country, region or the place where the developer collects the information and data and will be accessed, stored and displayed overseas.
5. Use of cookies
a) If you do not refuse to accept cookies, developers will set or access cookies on your computer so that you can log in or use the developer platform services or functions that depend on cookies. Developers can use cookies to provide you with more thoughtful personalized services, including promotional services.
b) You have the right to accept or reject cookies. You can refuse to accept cookies by modifying browser settings. However, if you choose to reject cookies, you may not be able to log in or use developer network services or functions that depend on cookies.
c) This policy applies to relevant information obtained through cookies set by developers.
