How much is registration?

Registration for the 2023 PiP Conference is $150.  CHASCo members and TDMHSAS-funded or non-funded coalition members may register for the conference for FREE by using a coupon code! To get your code, contact Kayce Matthews at Matthews@TICUA.org (CHASCo members) or Stacey Pratt at Stacey@TnCertification.org (TN prevention coalitions).  

What is included with my registration?

Registration includes all training and materials. In addition, attendees will receive coffee in the mornings and lunch on both days of the conference.

Where should I stay if I need overnight accommodations?

The Lodge onsite has been filled; however, rooms are available on a first come first serve basis at the following locations:

• Comfort Inn -Dickson: A limited block of rooms for May 16 & May 17 is available. Attendees may either use this link to book online or call directly at 615-740-1000.  Use the code PiP Conference to receive the state negotiated rate. You must reserve your room by May 5th in order to secure a room with this reservation block.

• Holiday Inn Express: We do not have an official block of rooms with the Holiday Inn Express. However, if you call and say you are with the PiP Conference, they will honor the state negotiated rate.

Will I get credit hours toward Certified Prevention Specialist (CPS)?

Yes! Attendees will earn continuing education hours for each session they attend and are approved by the Tennessee Certification Board.

Will I get a certificate?

In order to receive a certificate, attendees must first be registered in Eventbrite. Following the conclusion of the conference, registered attendees will receive an online conference evaluation to be completed. Registered attendees who complete the conference evaluation will be emailed a certificate for the day(s) they attend.

Where is the event being held?

The 2023 PiP Conference will be held at The Lodge at Montgomery Bell State Park located at 1000 Hotel Avenue, Burns, TN 37029.  Be sure to enter this address into GPS rather than the address to the park.

Is there an app for the conference?
