Common questions:
• Restore your Pro purchase: Settings → Pinochle Pro → Restore Purchases
(sign in with the Apple Account that bought it).
• Play online with friends: tap "Play with Friends." Online play uses
Game Center, so make sure you're signed in to Game Center in iOS Settings.
• Report or mute a player: tap a chat message → Report; you can also mute a
player for the rest of the session.
• Daily Deal & leaderboards: these use iCloud, so sign in to iCloud in
iOS Settings to record your score.
