Welcome to Ping Pong XR (the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Service, including any in-app purchases, subscriptions, and features offered. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
To use the Service, you must be at least 13 years old or meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
2.1 Subscription Options
The Service offers:
Monthly Subscription: Access to premium features on a month-to-month basis.
Annual Subscription: Access to premium features on a yearly basis, often at a discounted rate compared to the monthly subscription.
2.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase and automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal charges will occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate agreed upon when subscribing.
2.3 Managing Subscriptions
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings.
2.4 Refunds
All subscription payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as determined by Apple’s App Store policies.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
Share, resell, or sublicense the Service.
Use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
You agree to use the Service responsibly and to respect the rights of other users. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to:
Harassment, abuse, or threatening others.
Exploiting or cheating within the game.
Uploading viruses or malicious code.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.
All content in the Service, including but not limited to game mechanics, designs, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by Ping Pong XR. You agree not to reproduce, modify, or distribute this content without our express written permission.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described therein.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ping Pong XR will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
