1. 48-Hour Free Cancellation:

   • Guests may cancel their booking within 48 hours of making a reservation to receive a full refund.

2. Cancellations After 48 Hours:

   • For cancellations made after the 48-hour window, refunds are not guaranteed but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

   • Please contact us directly to discuss the circumstances of your cancellation. We are committed to working with you to find a fair resolution.

3. Non-Refundable Situations:

   • If your cancellation is made less than 7 days before the check-in date, refunds may not be available. However, we encourage you to reach out, as we assess all cases individually.
