This Privacy Policy explains how SnakeGen, developed by PinePie / Sourabh Vishwakarma, handles information when you use the SnakeGen mobile game.

1. Information stored by SnakeGen

SnakeGen stores certain game information locally on your device so that your progress and settings can be preserved between game sessions.

This may include:

• Player name

• High scores and gameplay statistics

• In-game coins and other game progress

• Selected game settings

• Selected and unlocked game content

• Other information necessary for the normal operation of the game

When a player first installs SnakeGen, the game automatically creates a player name. SnakeGen does not require you to create an online account or log in.

This game information is currently stored locally on your device and is not uploaded by SnakeGen to a server operated by PinePie.

2. Advertising

SnakeGen displays advertisements using third-party advertising services through Unity LevelPlay mediation, including the Unity Ads and ironSource advertising services.

Advertising providers may collect and process certain information from your device and your interaction with advertisements. Depending on the advertising service and applicable circumstances, this may include device identifiers, approximate location information derived from device/network information, advertising and ad-interaction information, and technical or diagnostic information.

This information may be used for purposes including:

SnakeGen does not currently require users to create an online account or provide an email address to play the game.

SnakeGen does not operate its own server for storing your game progress and does not sell your locally stored game information.

Advertising-related information may be collected, processed, or shared by the third-party advertising services integrated into SnakeGen as necessary to provide their advertising services.

Third-party SDKs are subject to their own privacy practices and applicable laws and policies.

6. Data retention and deletion

Game progress stored by SnakeGen is stored locally on your device.

You can delete locally stored SnakeGen game data by using the game's available data-reset/delete-progress functionality or by uninstalling the game, subject to the behavior of your device and operating system.

SnakeGen does not currently maintain an online player account or online database containing your game progress.

Information processed by third-party advertising services may be retained according to those services' respective policies and retention practices.

7. Privacy choices and advertising

Advertising services may provide privacy controls or choices relating to personalized advertising and the use of advertising-related information.

Where required by applicable law, SnakeGen will provide appropriate consent or privacy choices before the relevant advertising services are used.

8. Children's privacy

SnakeGen is a general-audience game and is not specifically directed toward children.

SnakeGen does not knowingly request personal information from children for the purpose of creating an online account.

Advertising services integrated into SnakeGen may have their own mechanisms and requirements relating to age and privacy. SnakeGen will configure and use these services in accordance with their applicable requirements and applicable law.

SnakeGen's locally stored game information is stored using the storage mechanisms provided by the device and operating system.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
