Separation of PineOS Scratch and PC

As of the 5th of May 2023, there is going to be two versions of the PineOS simu, Basic and Extended.

The 'Basic' edition will be exclusive to Scratch, and will not have any of the Extended features (such as Canvas, File Saver, and Host Information). However, people how want to use the Basic Edition can get unique features such as VSD support (see here for more information) and Wallpaper Scripts.

The 'Extended' edition will be for the itch.io releases of PineOS. You'll get access to more features such as Canvas, File Saver, and Host Information applets. However, Import Features will be limited on the Extended Edition, meaning no Wallpaper Scripts or custom music.

But Extended users can use any image as a wallpaper using an applet called 'URLify' which you can save to PineOS via the pStore. URLify can let users use any vaild image URL as a wallpaper. However we do recommend that the image is 480x360 pixels or you'll get a white border around the image.
