Please note that there will be having some changes regarding the future of PineOS.

Firstly, PineOS will remain a simulated operating system until the it is out of beta. This means that an actual OS version of PineOS will not be happening for a while officially. When the PineOS Simu is out of beta, development of an actual PineOS operating system may start. Currently it is under the codename of 'Choacury'.

What does this mean for the simu however? Don't worry, even if the PineOS Choacury development begins, the simu version of PineOS will still be having updates.

How would PineOS Choacury be like? When the design of the simu version of PineOS gets finalized (which is when 1.0 gets out), Choacury will have the same design as the simu. Choacury is planned to be a Linux distro, based on SUSE.
