Once your payment is processed, a representative from Pine & Parcel Land Co. will contact you via the email provided at checkout. We'll confirm whether you plan to pay in full or finance the property and request the necessary personal information to begin the closing process.
You will have 72 hours from the time of our outreach to complete the following steps. These include:
Submitting your down payment or earnest money (depending on the purchase method)
Reviewing and electronically signing the Contract for Deed (for financing) or Purchase Agreement (for cash purchases)
Failure to complete these actions within 72 hours will result in forfeiture of your “Buy Now” payment, and the property will be released from hold and made available to other buyers.
For cash purchases (not under Contract for Deed), a $500 earnest money deposit is due upon signing the Purchase Agreement, unless otherwise noted in the property description.
