Privacy Policy

The Short Version

PillPing runs entirely on your device. We don't collect your data. We don't have servers. We don't know who you are. The only external service involved is subscription payment processing through Apple, Google, and RevenueCat.

1. What the App Stores

PillPing stores data on your device only.

This data remains on your device unless you explicitly choose to share it through channels you select. We cannot access, view, read, or retrieve it. There is no server, no database, no cloud storage on our end, and no mechanism for this data to reach us.

You can delete all of it at any time by deleting the App or using "Clear All Data" in settings.

2. What We Don't Collect

We don't collect anything. Specifically:

No personal information (name, email, phone, age, gender)
No health or biometric data
No location data
No device identifiers or advertising IDs
No analytics or usage tracking
No cookies or tracking technologies
No camera, microphone, contacts, or photo access
No advertising of any kind
No user profiles or accounts

There is no account creation, no login, no registration. We have no way to identify you.

3. Subscription Payments

If you purchase a premium subscription, the payment is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store).

4. iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud sync (premium feature), your fasting data syncs across your Apple devices. For details on how iCloud works, see https://www.apple.com

If you don't enable this feature, nothing syncs anywhere.

5. Notifications

All notifications are scheduled locally on your device. You can turn them off in the App or in your device settings.

6. Children

Because the App collects no personal data from any user of any age, there is nothing to regulate under children's privacy laws. There are no accounts, no identifiers, no tracking, no advertising, and no data transmission. A child using this App has exactly the same privacy as an adult: complete.

We don't need to age-gate, obtain parental consent, or restrict access because there is no data collection to protect against. The App is a timer. It counts down. It stores the result on your device. That's it.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and other privacy laws, you have rights over your personal data (access, deletion, correction, portability, etc.).

Because we don't hold any of your personal data, these rights don't apply in practice. Your fasting data is on your device, you already have full control over it. Delete the App and it's gone.

If you want to delete purchase data held by RevenueCat, contact them directly at https://www.revenuecat.com or manage your subscription through your device settings.

That's the complete list. No analytics. No advertising. No crash reporting. No AI.

10. Data Security

Your data is on your device, protected by your device's own security. We don't store data on any server, so there is no server to breach.

11. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and post the new version at this URL. If we ever start collecting data (we have no plans to), we'll notify you in the App before any collection begins and obtain your consent where required by law.
