By downloading, installing, or using PillBuddy ("Application"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
PillBuddy is not a medical device. The Application is designed to assist you in tracking your medications and mood. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this Application.
In case of emergency, call your local emergency services immediately (e.g., 112 or 911).
You agree not to:
Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.
Use the Application for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Harass, abuse, threaten, or incite violence towards any individual or group using the AI features.
The Application, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Agreement.
In no event shall we be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, strictly medical consequences, or data loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the Application.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
